ANÁLISE MICROSCÓPICA<br />
O presente material apresenta proliferação de mastócitos em derme<br />
superficial e profunda, mostrando pleomorfismo moderado,<br />
anisocitose e anisocariose, cromatina frouxa, nucléolos evidentes e<br />
múltiplos. Células se arranjando na forma de cordões, e com<br />
abundante granulação citoplasmática, que quando coradas pelo azul<br />
de toluidina mostrou metacromasia marcante.<br />
