Este é um fragmento de um projeto
concebido como uma intervenção direta
sobre os “cânones” vigentes na
produção arquitetônica atual, bem
como uma inserção concreta da arquitetura
na programação cultural
oficial.
Um projeto de interesse público e
sem objetivo de lucro, gestado dentro
de um jovem curso de arquitetura
de uma universidade particular e
realizado voluntariamente por seus
professores e alunos.
Um projeto encarado como uma investigação
indispensável à atualização
dos repertórios e procedimentos
de ação nas cidades brasileiras e seus
rebatimentos possíveis na formação
de futuros arquitetos.
Um projeto dedicado à descoberta,
à sistematização, à exposição e
à disseminação de práticas – de arquitetos,
escritórios e escolas de arquitetura,
coletivos independentes,
ONG’s, secretarias de planejamento,
Foreword
This is a fragment of a project conceived
as a straight intervention on
the “canons” existent in the current
architectural production, as well as a
concrete insertion of the architecture
in the official cultural program.
The project was of public interest, without
profit goals, managed through
a young course of architecture of a
private university and carried out by
its teachers and students.
The project investigated the updating
of the repertoires and proceedings of
action in the Brazilian cities and its
possible influences in the development
of future architects.
The project was devoted to the discovery,
to the systematization, to the
exhibition and to the dissemination of
practices – of architects, offices and
schools of architecture, independent
groups, NGO’s, city hall’s offices of
planning, etc. – that criticize and cross
the traditional limits of the discipline,
negotiate the social reach and the
cultural relevance of the architecture
and re-position the architect in the
plina, negociam o alcance social e a
relevância cultural da arquitetura e
reposicionam o arquiteto no cenário
político contemporâneo. Proposições
e espaços que re-articulam os modos
de produção e gestão do espaço cotidiano
e re-inventam as relações entre
os sujeitos e o ambiente.
Um projeto estruturado inicialmente
a partir de expedições ao longínquo
das cidades interioranas e das periferias
metropolitanas e que, diante da
frieza objetiva das planilhas, foi capaz
de perceber um entorno imediato
tão instigante e desconhecido quanto
o distante idealizado.
Um projeto entendido como um espaço
colaborativo e um dispositivo experimental
de infiltração de versões
arquitetônicas não hegemônicas na
rotina diária de habitantes e equipamentos
urbanos.
Um projeto que propôs a construção
de uma agenda arquitetônica coletiva
organizando um seminário público,
editando e distribuindo jornais gratuitos
e postais informativos, concebendo
e produzindo uma série de vídeos
curtos para veiculação em TV’s públicas
(o que de fato não ocorreu devido
ao caráter privado dos canais), desenhando
e organizando uma exposição
itinerante que durante quase 6 meses
freqüentou restaurante popular, centro
cultural, biblioteca pública, terminal
rodoviário e estação de metrô.
Um projeto realizado nos anos de
2004 e 2005 em Belo Horizonte, Brasil
e que, apesar de se chamar CI-
CLO1, provavelmente não terá próximas
edições.
Um ciclo único, que depois de praticamente
2 anos de inércia, ensaia,
com o lançamento deste livro, novos
e inesperados movimentos.
6 7
political contemporary scenery. These
are propositions and spaces that rearticulate
the ways of production and
management of the daily space and
reinvent the relations between the
subjects and the environment.
The project was initially structured
with expeditions to the distance of inner
cities and of the metropolitan peripheries.
The results, however, with
the objective coldness of the spreadsheets,
showed that its surroundings
were so stimulating as the idealized
distance.
The project was based on a collaborative
space and an experimental
device of infiltration of non-hegemonic
architectural versions in the daily
routine of inhabitants and urban
equipments.
The project entailed the construction
of an architectural collective diary, including
organizing a public seminar,
publishing and distributing free newspapers
and informative postcards,
conceiving and producing a series of
short videos for public TV (this in fact
did not take place due to the private
character of the channels), drawing
and organizing an itinerant exhibition
that during almost six months frequented
popular restaurant, cultural
centre, public library, bus terminal
and subway station.
This project was carried out in the years
of 2004 and 2005 in Belo Horizonte,
Brazil and although it was called
CICLO1, probably will not have next
editions.
After two years of lethargy, there is
an opportunity for new and unexpected
movements with the launch of
this book.

Espaços Colaterais Collateral Spaces
A arquitetura se tornou uma prática
essencialmente reativa e o arquiteto
um reacionário profissional. Uma
excursão rápida pela paisagem atual
(publicações, encontros, sites, exposições
e a própria cidade) pode ser
uma experiência aterradoramente
útil para a compreensão da escritura
arquitetônica do presente. Sub-aproveitados
na cadeia da indústria da
construção, excluídos da agenda cultural
e distanciados dos desafios reais
das cidades brasileiras, os arquitetos
contemporâneos agem como técnicos
obedientes, pragmaticamente treinados
em escolas incapazes de vislumbrar
modelos alternativos de ação no
mundo. E a arquitetura subsiste como
uma profissão refém de arcaicas tipologias
disciplinares, clientes conservadores,
interesses excusos e utopias
privadas. Sustentada pelo espólio de
um passado glorioso e pela frivolidade
das celebridades instantâneas.
Mas pode ser que os arquitetos se
identifiquem sinceramente com as
estruturas e as demandas da sociedade
e aceitem o papel secundário que
lhes cabe na agenda política e cultural
contemporânea. Ou talvez tenha
sido sempre assim e tenhamos nos
iludido com os personagens heróicos
e com o ímpeto revolucionário de um
modernismo ainda fresco. E, apesar
das particularidades sociais, tecnológicas,
geopolíticas e ecológicas do
presente, emulamos inofensivamente
o repertório formal das vanguardas
históricas e seus desdobramentos
10 11
Architecture became an essentially
reactive practice and the architect a
professional reactionary. A quick excursion
into the current landscape
(publications, meetings, sites, exhibitions
and the city itself) can be a
terrifyingly useful experience for the
understanding of the present architecture.
Underutilized in the construction
industry, excluded of the
cultural agenda and ignoring the real
challenges of brazilian cities, contemporary
architects imitate obedient
technicians trained in schools that
are incapable of glimpse alternative
models of action in the world. Current
architecture plays as a profession
hostage of archaic typologies, conservative
customers, doubtful interests
and private utopias. Supported
by the heritage of a glorious past and
by the frivolity of the instantaneous
celebrities.
But perhaps the architects sincerely
agree with the structures and the
demands of the society and accept
their secondary role in the contemporary
political and cultural agenda. Or
perhaps it has always been like this
and we have been deluded by the heroic
characters and the revolutionary
impulse of a fresh modernism. And,
in spite of the social, technological,
geopolitical and ecological peculiarities
of the present, we spontaneously
and harmlessly emulate the formal
repertoire of the historical vanguards
and its late tropical ramifications as
we discard prospective intentions of
tropicais tardios com a mesma naturalidade
com que descartamos intenções
prospectivas de novas formas
para a vida.
A aderência aos “ismos” foi sempre
mais sedutora e fácil que a tarefa
espessa de entendimento das condições
em que são cultivados. Além
disso, para o desenho atual, o modernismo
é uma agenda bastante
versátil e com ótimo custo-benefício,
desacreditando quaisquer incursões a
territórios ainda não demarcados de
um presente indeterminado política e
esteticamente.
Um consenso que evita a compreensão
crítica da arquitetura moderna
como um projeto político engenhoso,
cooptando-a simplesmente como um
repertório formal inofensivo. Um jogo
de elisão do tempo que, no entanto,
não oculta a sintomática insignificância
atual de uma prática que, quando
ainda imersa no imaginário de oposição
dualista moderno – “arquitetura
ou revolução” – se propôs ao agenciamento
planejado da vida cotidiana
nos seus diversos âmbitos. E se esse
projeto moderno de convergência
dos campos criativos e sua mediação
com o setor industrial (eternizado
na pedagogia da Bauhaus) segue incompleto
e aguardando atualização,
suas fraturas explicitam ainda hoje a
crônica incapacidade dos arquitetos
de transformarem, autonomamente,
suas idéias em espaços concretos.
Resta, pois, a condição duvidosa de
“resolvedores de problemas” autorais,
respondendo passivamente a
programas políticos, econômicos e
domésticos alheios. Ou a reinvenção
da própria noção de arquitetura
e seu lugar no mundo contemporâneo,
a partir da observação aguda do
new life forms.
The adherence to the “isms” was always
easier and more seductive than
the thick task of understanding the
conditions in which they are cultivated.
Besides, for the current design,
modernism is a quite versatile agenda
and with the best cost-benefit, which
discredits any raids to unknown territories
of a politically and aesthetically
uncertain present. This consensus
avoids the critical understanding of
modern architecture as an ingenious
political project, and co-opts it simply
as a formal harmless repertoire. But
the play of elision of time could not
hide its symptomatic current insignificance
of a practice, which once still
immersed in the modern oppositional
imaginary based on “architecture or
revolution”, intended to a planned negotiating
of the daily life in its several
extents.
And if this modern project of convergence
of the creative fields, and its
mediation with the industrial sector
(made eternal in the pedagogy of the
Bauhaus) is still incomplete and waiting
for updating, its fractures explain
today the architects chronic incapability
of turning, with autonomy, their
ideas into concrete spaces.
Therefore, the doubtful condition of
authorial “problems solvers” remains,
which responds passively to external
political, economical and domestic
programs; or we can try reinvent
the very notion of architecture and
its place in the contemporary world,
from the sharp observation of the
present and from the construction of
autonomous models of real action.
But it is no longer universal and totalitarian
models, corporative agendas,
illusory programs and utopian com-
presente e da construção de modelos
autônomos de ação dentro do real.
Mas não mais através de modelos
universais e totalizantes, agendas
corporativas, programas ilusórios,
coletividades utópicas ou convenções
de condomínio. Pois este já é o mundo
que herdamos e que nos abarca
cotidianamente. Essa monocultura
desoladora, acúmulo extensivo de
arquiteturas indiferentes aos arquitetos
e que pateticamente ainda não
aprendemos a habitar.
Uma arquitetura que não é, portanto,
um projeto coletivo ou ideológico
de todos os arquitetos, urbanistas e
simpatizantes, mas uma proposição
pessoal e uma escolha de posicionamento
subjetivo dentro da realidade
particularmente percebida e vivida.
Porque afinal, enquanto perduram
os estereótipos que nos permitem
diagnósticos generalizantes, também
emergem cotidianamente muitas outras
arquiteturas possíveis, invisíveis
aos olhos nus, libertadas da inércia
tectônica e da versão idealista e teleológica
de modernidade. Práticas
colaterais que modelam micro-universos
viáveis, negociam os limites
disciplinares e expandem a sua rede
social de alcance. Espaços colaterais
que engendram imaginários políticos
e constroem possibilidades de coexistência.
Espaços que descendem e habitam
a mesma modernidade da qual são
perpetuamente excluídos. Que são as
consequências sensíveis do abstrato
projeto moderno ao mesmo tempo
em que operações reais no interior de
suas estruturas remanescentes. Redesenhos
das relações entre sujeitos
e ambiente.
Espaços que são campos de escolhas
12 13
munities. This is already the world
we inherit and that involves us every
day. This monoculture, this extensive
accumulation of architectures that ignore
architects and that we pathetically
still have not learned to live in.
This re-invention is not a collective
or ideological project of all architects,
urban designers and sympathizers,
but a personal proposition and
a choice of a place inside the reality
perceived and uniquely experienced.
Because, while there are stereotypes
that still allow us to make general diagnostics,
there are also many other
possible, invisible architectures, free
from the tectonic inertia and from the
idealistic and teleological version of
modernity. Collateral practices model
viable micro-universes, negotiate the
disciplinarian limits and expand their
social reach. Collateral spaces that
create political imaginaries and build
means of coexistence.
Spaces that come from and live in the
same modernity they are perpetually
excluded. That are the sensitive consequences
of the abstract modern
project and at the same time real operations
in the interior of its remaining
structures; the re-designs of the
relations between subjects and environment.
Spaces that are fields of tactical
choices and intimate projects of modernity,
permeable to the obvious
possibilities of everyday life.
Spaces are initiatives consolidated in
the present observation of the close
proximity, developed prospectively
and unfolded in concrete actions.
Spaces that are unprecedented colaboratories
of the cross convergence
of several formal agents, environmental
thinking, aesthetic regimes and
táticas e projetos íntimos de modernidade,
permeáveis às possibilidades
óbvias de habitar o cotidiano.
Espaços que são iniciativas deliberadas,
sedimentadas na observação do
presente e do próximo, desenvolvidos
prospectivamente e desdobrados em
ações concretas.
Espaços que são co-laboratórios sem
precedentes da convergência transversal
de diversos agentes formais,
saberes ambientais, regimes estéticos
e práticas empreendedoras (professores,
pesquisadores, “ongueiros”,
empresários, artistas, arquitetos, designers,
engenheiros, ecólogos, geógrafos,
produtores culturais, etc).
Espaços que naturalizam a transposição
da contemplação em uso reivindicada
pela arte contemporânea, ao
mesmo tempo em que tornam habituais
seus experimentos transitórios
e “museificados” em uma pedagogia
da rotina tipicamente arquitetônica.
Afinal o que são os eco-sistemas relacionais,
essas micro-comunidades e
coletividades instantâneas administrados
pelos artistas se não arquiteturas
fora da arquitetura?
Espaços que são empreendimentos
colaborativos “armados” como incorporações
solidárias, produções autonômas
e não solicitadas. Custam
para realizar e manter, requerem planos
de negócios eficazes, estratégias
pragmáticas e a generosidade de terceiros.
Espaços que são resultado de muito
trabalho e provavelmente algum ócio,
apesar da dificuldade de discernir a
proporção exata.
Espaços que subvertem a lógica mercantil
dominante investindo nas potencialidades
de infiltração das marcas
ou produtos na vida cotidiana,
enterprising practices, such asteachers,
investigators, NGOs, businessmen,
artists, architects, designers,
engineers, ecologists, geographers,
cultural producers, etc.
Spaces that naturalize the transposition
of the contemplation in use
claimed by the contemporary art, at
the same time that makes its transitory
experiments and “museum-like
pieces” usual through a typically architectural
pedagogy routine. At last
what are the relational eco-systems,
these micro-communities and instant
collectives managed by the artists if
not architectures outside architecture?
Spaces that are collaborative enterprises
“armed” as supportive incorporation,
autonomous and unsolicited
productions. They are costly to carry
out and to maintain and require efficient
business plans, pragmatic strategies
and the generosity of people.
Spaces that are the result of much
work and probably some leisure,
but the right proportion is difficult to
measure.
Spaces that subvert the dominant
mercantilism, and therefore invest
in the potentialities of infiltration of
brands and products into the daily
life, into the market and into the social
nets of consumption.
Spaces that are protocols of access
to new experiences of hyper-local
and of neighborhoods, approaching
strangers and making unpredictable
relations possible.
Spaces that have no scale, simply
because they are not limited to the
restrictions of the plans, maps and
drawings and because they are in human
scale; or because they are immaterial.
no mercado e nas redes sociais de
consumo.
Espaços que são protocolos de acesso
a experiências de hiper-localidade e
de vizinhança inéditas, aproximando
desconhecidos e catalizando relações
imprevisíveis.
Espaços que não têm escala, simplesmente
porque não estão presos
às restrições dos planos, mapas e
desenhos e porque estão em escala
humana. Ou são imateriais.
Espaços de protagonistas diversos,
autoria compartilhada e flexível, onde
se confundem colaboradores, sócios,
convidados, produtores, participantes,
habitantes, curiosos, testemunhas,
espectadores, destinatários,
usuários, passantes, consumidores,
vizinhos.
Espaços que não têm proprietário
porque não se trata de propriedade
particular mas de interesse público.
Essa categoria indefinida, difícil de
cartografar, intrinsecamente informal
Spaces of different protagonists, and
of shared and flexible authorship,
where the role of collaborators, partners,
guests, producers, participants,
inhabitants, witnesses, audience, addressees,
users, passer-bys, consumers
and neighbors get confused.
Spaces that have no ownership because
they are not private property
but spaces of public interest.
This undefined category, hard to
map, intrinsically informal and that is
not given a priori but that we always
recognize as such.
Spaces that create problems to the
already conflicting contemporary geography
between the public and the
private, temporarily dissolving their
limits, denouncing the fragility of
frontiers and the political volatility of
the barriers.
Spaces that are punctually born but
that are systemic thoughts, as soon
as they emerge of and between generic
(and probably global) structures,
they are always expecting the
next opportunity.
Spaces that are everywhere, and in
each personal agenda.
O Lugar da Imagem The Place of the Image
16 de novembro de 2004. Minha câmera
digital portátil emerge no almoço
coletivo do regime fechado da
APAC – Associação de Proteção e Assistência
aos Condenados – de Itaúna
(MG), uma oportunidade para o jogo
rápido do registro e da manipulação
de retratos: empresto a câmera para
os detentos, que posam e se intrigam
com a revelação prévia das suas
imagens na tela do corpo da câmera.
Um detento tira várias fotos nossas
que por algum motivo não aparecem
na memória da máquina. Vejo o que
aconteceu: ele dizia repetidamente
que a foto tinha sido tirada, mas ela
na verdade não tinha sido gravada.
Contudo ele tinha toda a razão: era
lógico que a foto existia, pois ele a
tinha visto, capturada do mundo, no
seu ato, mesmo que por poucos segundos,
dentro da tela da câmera;
ver significava a existência inquestionável
da imagem.
A câmera: máquina de captura, meio
de transporte da imagem, caixa ilusionista,
lugar onde finalmente me
refugio como um olhar externo a mim
16th of November of 2004. My digital
portable camera emerges from the
collective lunch of the closed regime
of the APAC – The Association for Protection
and Assistance to Convicts – of
Itaúna (Brazil). This was an opportunity
for the quick play with the making
of portraits: I lend the camera to the
prisoners, who pose and get intrigued
by the prior revelation of the images
in the screen of the camera. A prisoner
takes several photos that for some
reason do not figure in the memory
of the machine. I realize what happened:
he was saying repeatedly that
the photo had been taken, but in fact
it had not been saved. Nevertheless
he was right: it was logical that the
photo existed, since he had seen it
captured from the world, in his act,
for a few seconds, inside the screen
of the camera. To see it meant the
unquestionable existence of the image.
The camera: machine of capture,
way of transportation of the image,
illusionist box, place where I finally
take refuge in, as it was an external
mesma. No vídeo-documentário, ela
é o veículo de tradução do espaço
vivido. Entretanto, há um problema.
A simples presença da câmera já estabelece
uma distância, duas territorialidades
e uma linha de fronteira. A
distância define as duas territorialidades:
somos seres do lado de fora
e a espontaneidade do contato fica
E havia
muitos para falar, para além dos arquitetos.
Buscávamos uma voz coletiva
a ser construída com a colagem
dos fragmentos particulares. Deambulamos
colhendo as imagens e os
sons. Ao final, longe dali, traçamos a
partir do nosso percurso o mapa do
lugar sob os nossos olhos. Mas na
hora tudo aconteceu sem planejamento.
Um levava ao outro, logo ali.
Apenas nos deixamos ir. Como andar
é, ao mesmo tempo, leitura e escritura,
sabíamos que construíamos, pouco
a pouco, um texto sobre o lugar.
Não propriamente uma ficção, mas
uma remontagem. Olhamos o que
esperávamos encontrar, mas havia
muitas surpresas. Havia conjunturas
imprevisíveis e relações fugazmente
íntimas. Esquecemos a distância,
acho que entramos, por mais que as
nossas origens estivessem lá fora. A
experiência da presença parece se
distanciar da fotografia para se apro-
18 19
eye. In the documentary, the camera
is the translation vehicle of spatial
experience. Meantime, there is a
problem. The simple presence of the
camera already establishes one distance,
two territorialities and one line
of border. The distance defines the
two territorialities: we are from the
outside and the spontaneity of the
contact is threatened by the device
of capture. The border, for its time,
is the uncertain line of the camera
where everything can happen, and at
the same time where everything can
be lost: the experience will navigate
by technical ways and will be transformed
– or reduced – finally into an
image.
We were abrupt visitors: being present
to see and to hear. We knew about
the projects, but not about their
many voices and protagonists. And
there were many people to speak,
besides the architects. We were looking
for a collective voice built by the
collage of the personal fragments.
We drifted, gathering the images
and the sounds. At the end, far from
there, we drew a map of the place
based on our route. But at the moment
everything happened without
planning. One was leading to another
place, to another person. We only let
ourselves go. Once walking is, at the
same time, a reading and a writing,
we knew that we were building, step
by step, a text about the place. Not
properly a fiction, but an assemblage.
We looked at what was expected to
be found, but there were so many
surprises. There were unpredictable
situations and fleetingly intimate relationships.
We forgot the distance, I
guess we entered, although our origins
were outside. The experience of
20 21
ximar do relato. A câmera de vídeo,
acoplada ao corpo, caminhava com o
desejo de chegar a ser quase discreta.
Quem sabe assim o mapa-relato
se concretizaria no documentário:
uma narrativa de corpo presente.
Mesmo sabendo de todas as questões
inerentes ao vídeo-documentário,
propusemos fazer esse conjunto
de filmes curtos, originalmente pensados
para a exibição em TV aberta,
principalmente como procedimento
de pesquisa: para além da explicação
do projeto e das imagens fotográficas
expostas e impressas no livro, queríamos
freqüentar para poder captar
os traços da relação que se deu nos
meandros do projeto. Registrar a história
da negociação, do debate, do
lugar em processo de transformação
com a interferência de agentes exteriores
que resolveram deixar de lado
as demandas arquitetônicas previsíveis
e enfrentar as polêmicas do campo
expandido.
Como campo expandido queremos falar
daquelas zonas urbanas onde um
diálogo foi iniciado, um debate aglutinou
cidadãos, instituições e profissionais
e um processo de viabilização –
muitas vezes, no seu início, ainda não
contemplado por leis vigentes – traçou
o seu caminho inédito e aberto ao
aperfeiçoamento. Iniciativas de atuação
criativa e politizada, no sentido
múltiplas vozes: as pessoas do local,
os arquitetos, advogados, atores, di-
the presence seems to depart from
the photography to be next to the
report. The video camera, coupled
to the body, walked with the wish of
becoming almost discreet. Perhaps
the map-report would come true in
the documentary: a narrative of the
body.
Even knowing the questions inside the
practice of the documentary, we proposed
to make this set of short movies,
originally planned to be showed
on TV, mainly as a procedure of investigation:
beside the explanation of
the projects and the photographic images
printed in the book, we wanted
to visit in order to be able to catch the
aspects of the relationship that happened
in the meanders of the project.
To register the history of the negotiation,
of the discussion, of the place
in process of transformation with the
interference of exterior agents who
resolved to set aside the predictable
architectural demands and to face the
controversies of the expanded field.
We call expanded field those urban
zones where a dialog was started, a
discussion agglutinated citizens, institutions
and professionals and where a
process of getting viable – very often,
in its beginning, still not contemplated
by existing laws – drew its unfinished
way. Initiatives of creative and
political action, in the most archaic
sense of polis. What can an architectural
wisdom contribute to an urban,
formal or informal practice, and what
does it generate to the city as a whole?
The four videos show the attempt to
capture this environment of potential
change, its failures and its successes
through multiple voices: the persons
of the place, the architects, lawyers,
actors, directors, students, public and
retores, estudantes, agentes públicos
e institucionais. Os vídeos constroem,
frase por frase, o murmúrio da história
de uma relação.
30 de novembro de 2004. Da janela
do apartamento do 1º andar do edifício
vizinho, uma senhora toma sorvete
e olha o espetáculo teatral logo
abaixo. A TV está ligada no apartamento.
Ora ela olha para a novela,
ora para o teatro. Por fim escolhe a
imagem já familiar da novela e os
problemas domésticos. Talvez o sorvete
tenha acabado e aquilo era apenas
uma distração da temporalidade
de um sorvete; talvez o teatro nas
palafitas dos prédios vizinhos, iluminado
e construído com intenções
efêmeras mas minuciosamente cenográficas,
espaço privado feito subitamente
público, seja para ela apenas
mais uma imagem entre tantas. Mais
uma janela, mais uma tela plana.
Arquitetura não parece interessar a
ninguém mais na cidade, exceto aos
próprios arquitetos. Não é estranho?
Não é radicalmente paradoxal?
30th of November of 2004. From the
window of the 1st floor of the nearby
building, a lady eats ice cream and
looks at the theatrical show right below.
The TV is on in the apartment.
Sometimes she looks at the soap
opera, sometimes at the theater. Finally
she chooses the familiar image
of the soap opera and her domestic
problems. Perhaps the ice cream has
finished and that moment was only
a distraction with the temporality of
an ice cream; perhaps the theater in
the stilts of the nearby buildings, illuminated
and built with ephemeral
and scenographic intentions, private
space suddenly turned into public, is
for her only one more image between
thousands. One more window, one
more flat panel. Architecture doesn’t
seem to be interesting to no one else
in the city, except for the architects.
Isn’t it strange? Isn’t it radically paradoxical?
