Por fim, a súmula n. 130 do STJ resolve as controvérsias acerca da<br />
existência ou não de responsabilidade do estabelecimento pelos veículos <strong>que</strong><br />
permanecem em seus estacionamentos ao preceituar:<br />
"130. A empresa responde, perante o<br />
cliente, pela reparação de dano ou furto de<br />
veículo ocorridos em seu estacionamento".<br />
