CODE OF ETHICS AND CONDUCT<br />

O Código de Ética e Conduta do Grupo Serveng reproduz o que consideramos ser o conjunto de comportamentos que<br />

traduzem nossos princípios organizacionais.<br />

(Missão, Crenças e Valores)<br />

Palavras que carregam a essência do Grupo, sempre apoiadas à confiança depositada, sem distinção, em nossa rede de<br />

relacionamentos, em especial nossos colaboradores.<br />

O objetivo deste Código é ser a referência formal para a conduta pessoal e profissional de todas as partes interessadas da<br />

Serveng.<br />

Diretrizes que já eram observadas e praticadas em todas as unidades do Grupo, deixando de lado o nível hierárquico e<br />

relações externas, sejam elas com fornecedores, clientes, prestadores de serviço, parceiros comerciais, agentes financeiros,<br />

comunidades, órgãos oficiais, governantes etc.<br />

A base deste Código é o respeito, o sentido de confiança e a verdade, que deverão garantir a sustentabilidade e a perpetuidade<br />

da Serveng.<br />

Os padrões estabelecidos por este Código guiarão comportamentos e ajudarão a resolver a maioria das situações relacionadas<br />

com conduta empresarial, especialmente aquelas que exigem um posicionamento rápido, objetivo e em linha com os<br />

nossos princípios, além de garantir uma imagem institucional idônea.<br />

CODE OF ETHICS AND CONDUCT<br />

The Serveng Group’s Code of Ethics and Conduct provides the set of behaviors that translate our organizational principles.<br />

(Mission, Beliefs, and Values)<br />

Words that carry the Group’s essence, supported by the trust placed, without distinction, on our network of relationships, especially our employees.<br />

The purpose of this Code is to be the formal reference for the personal and professional conduct of everyone that does business with Serveng.<br />

Guidelines that were already observed and practiced in all of the Group’s branches, regardless of hierarchical level and external relations, be it<br />

with suppliers, customers, service providers, business partners, financial agents, communities, government agencies, public authorities, etc.<br />

Respect, trust, and the truth are the foundations of this Code, which should guarantee Serveng’s sustainability and perpetuity.<br />

The standards set forth in this Code will guide behaviors and help resolve most business-related situations, especially those that require a prompt,<br />

objective response, in line with our principles, in addition to promoting a trustworthy corporate image.<br />

<strong>SERVENG</strong> GROUP’S COMPLIANCE AREA<br />

For over 60 years, the Serveng Group has built a successful business guided by ethical corporate standards. That has enabled the company to build an image of<br />

integrity that has earned the trust of the markets it operates in, promoting sustainable growth in the long term, reflected in the company’s solidity.<br />

Our Code of Ethics and Conduct, which should be observed by all of our employees and suppliers, serves as a guide for the set of behaviors that translate our organizational<br />

principles and values: always do the right thing. We also have an Ethics Line, which is available for notifications regarding any breach of our Code, with<br />

guaranteed anonymity, independence, and non-retaliation.<br />

The Serveng Group strives to keep up with changes in the Brazilian market. A trend among big companies is to implement robust Ethics and Compliance areas<br />

(E&C), which add value to the brand and enable sustained growth in the long term.<br />

More recently, kicking off a project supported by the senior management, we decided to give a step forward and create the Group’s Compliance area, in order to<br />

adhere to international standards concerning compliance with the company’s policies and processes, cementing and formalizing an existing culture within the<br />

company.<br />

Transparency is the cornerstone of this evolution: we are establishing an open, unrestricted contact line between the new area and everyone who is directly or<br />

indirectly involved with the Group. We will continue to serve our business partners and clients with the highest possible excellence levels, promoting the required<br />

environment to do honest business, and ensuring corporate sustainability.<br />
