Entre 2012 e 2015, no meio da crise económica mundial, o
Grupo Carvoeiro Clube começou a analisar ativos em todo o
Algarve que estavam em mau funcionamento ou em
situação de falência, mas que tinham um grande potencial
de desenvolvimento.
No final de 2017, o grupo concluiu as negociações e aquisições
para o edifício onde o Atrium Lagoa será construído
como parte de nossa estratégia para continuar crescendo
no município de Lagoa.
Between 2012 and 2015, in the midst of the global economic
crisis, the Carvoeiro Clube Group began analyzing assets throughout
the Algarve that were in bad functioning or bankruptcy,
but which had great potential for development.
In late 2017, the group concluded negotiations and acquisitions
for the building where Atrium Lagoon will be built as part of our
strategy to continue growing in the municipality of Lagoa.
