Entre 2012 e 2015, no meio da crise económica mundial, o
Grupo Carvoeiro Clube começou a analisar ativos em todo o
Algarve que estavam em mau funcionamento ou em
situação de falência, mas que tinham um grande potencial
de desenvolvimento.
No final de 2017, o grupo concluiu as negociações e aquisições
para o edifício onde o Atrium Lagoa será construído
como parte de nossa estratégia para continuar crescendo
no município de Lagoa.
Between 2012 and 2015, in the midst of the global economic
crisis, the Carvoeiro Clube Group began analyzing assets throughout
the Algarve that were in bad functioning or bankruptcy,
but which had great potential for development.
In late 2017, the group concluded negotiations and acquisitions
for the building where Atrium Lagoon will be built as part of our
strategy to continue growing in the municipality of Lagoa.

O conceito arquitetónico e os planos do Atrium Lagoa estão a ser
desenvolvidos pela Studio Art, uma empresa de arquitetura e
design conhecida pelos seus projetos “únicos” realizados em
Portugal e no estrangeiro. O design do Atrium Lagoa combinará

The architectural concept and plans of Atrium Lagoa are being developed
by Studio Art, an architectural and design company known for its
"unique" projects in Portugal and abroad. Atrium Lagoa's design will
combine drive efficiency with the best energy standards, benefiting from
its exposure to the south, offering a lifestyle with innovative outdoor
features, with more than 2,100 m2 of gardens, balconies, terraces, and
even a terrace with fantastic views of the surrounding area to the coast.
