ATRASOS & POLÍTICA DE CANCELAMENTO
DELAYS & CANCELLATION POLICY
Para beneficiar ao máximo da sua sessão de spa, recomendamos
que antecipe a sua chegada pelo menos 15 minutos antes da
marcação. Caso chegue atrasado, tentaremos realizar o seu
tratamento completo. Contudo, lembre-se que pode ser necessário
reduzir o tratamento/ massagem, caso haja marcações a seguir à
sua. Para todos os cancelamentos efetuados com menos de 6
horas será facturado 50% do valor da reserva.
To make the most of your Spa Treatment you may have booked,
we suggest you to arrive 15 minutes early and give yourself time
to re-lax. If you should arrive late, we will make every effort to still
accom-modate your full session time. However, arriving late may
result in your treatment time being reduced if there is a booking
immediately after your session. For all cancelations made less
than 6 hours, we will charge 50% of your spa treatment.
