MATÉRIA-PRIMA<<strong>br</strong> />
AÇO GALVANIZADO<<strong>br</strong> />
A galvanização é um dos processos mais efetivos e econômicos<<strong>br</strong> />
empregados para proteger o aço contra a corrosão. A proteção do aço<<strong>br</strong> />
pelo revestimento de zinco se desenvolve por meio de dois mecanismos:<<strong>br</strong> />
proteção por barreira exercida pela camada de revestimento e proteção<<strong>br</strong> />
galvânica ou na exposição simultânea do aço-zinco.<<strong>br</strong> />
Entre todos os métodos aplicados no <strong>com</strong>bate à corrosão um dos mais<<strong>br</strong> />
difundidos é a pintura, por ser um revestimento de mais fácil aplicação<<strong>br</strong> />
e, na grande maioria das vezes, mais prático.<<strong>br</strong> />
GALVALUME<<strong>br</strong> />
O Zincalume®, produzido desde 1972, foi desenvolvido após várias<<strong>br</strong> />
pesquisas, para melhorar métodos de desempenho do aço galvanizado<<strong>br</strong> />
tradicional. Pesquisadores desco<strong>br</strong>iram que a <strong>com</strong>binação do alumínio<<strong>br</strong> />
<strong>com</strong> o zinco forma uma liga para revestimento, excelente contra a<<strong>br</strong> />
corrosão. É <strong>com</strong>provado também que o Zincalume® tem vida útil até<<strong>br</strong> />
4 vezes maior que o aço galvanizado sob as mesmas condições.<<strong>br</strong> />
Composição do Revestimento: 55% de alumínio, 43,5% de zinco e<<strong>br</strong> />
1,5% de silício.<<strong>br</strong> />
As vantagens são:<<strong>br</strong> />
• Resistência à corrosão por barreira oferecida pelo alumínio;<<strong>br</strong> />
• Proteção galvânica oferecida pelo alumínio;<<strong>br</strong> />
• Resistência estrutural do aço à durabilidade do alumínio tornando-o<<strong>br</strong> />
mais <strong>com</strong>petitivo;<<strong>br</strong> />
• Resistência à oxidação em temperaturas elevadas;<<strong>br</strong> />
• Melhor aspecto estético;<<strong>br</strong> />
• Maior efi ciência térmica.<<strong>br</strong> />
ESTOCAGEM<<strong>br</strong> />
• O local para estocagem deverá ser coberto, seco e ventilado;<<strong>br</strong> />
• Co<strong>br</strong>ir o material de forma a garantir que o fardo de telhas não molhe, evitando a perda do material (fenômeno da corrosão<<strong>br</strong> />
galvânica resultante da umidade);<<strong>br</strong> />
• O tempo de armazenagem deve ser o menor possível. Neste período de armazenagem deve-se inspecionar freqüentemente o<<strong>br</strong> />
produto <strong>com</strong> o intuito de observar se o mesmo está seco;<<strong>br</strong> />
• Caso a montagem seja iniciada imediatamente após a entrega, empilhar as telhas próximas ao local de instalação so<strong>br</strong>e uma<<strong>br</strong> />
superfície plana, observando os riscos para não molhar o material, mantendo-o protegido até o momento de sua instalação;<<strong>br</strong> />
• As telhas empilhadas devem estar afastadas do piso no mínimo em 15 cm e apoiadas so<strong>br</strong>e cai<strong>br</strong>os posicionados a cada 2m,<<strong>br</strong> />
equili<strong>br</strong>ando o peso da telha de forma uniforme. O material deve estar sempre coberto;<<strong>br</strong> />
• Caso o produto seja molhado, secar cada uma das telhas e após constatar a eliminação da umidade, manter o material coberto e<<strong>br</strong> />
protegido;<<strong>br</strong> />
• A <strong>Ananda</strong> não se responsabiliza pelo armazenamento inadequado dos produtos.<<strong>br</strong> />
ATENÇÃO<<strong>br</strong> />
Quando for necessário cortar as telhas, retire as rebarbas que ficarão no telhado. Estas <strong>com</strong>prometem a durabilidade do produto.<<strong>br</strong> />
Ocorrendo alguma irregularidade no recebimento ou na retirada de suas telhas, siga o seguinte procedimento:<<strong>br</strong> />
• Registre a ocorrência no canhoto da nota fiscal;<<strong>br</strong> />
• Verifique a origem do produto na nota fiscal de faturamento e <strong>com</strong>unique imediatamente ao setor de logística da unidade<<strong>br</strong> />

O coeficiente de condutividade térmica (K) é o fluxo de<<strong>br</strong> />
calor por metro quadrado, que atravessa uma parede de<<strong>br</strong> />
1 metro de espessura do material homogêneo para um grau<<strong>br</strong> />
centígrado de diferença de temperatura entre suas duas faces.<<strong>br</strong> />
Ele é expresso em (KCal/mh°C), e quanto mais isolante for o<<strong>br</strong> />
material, menor será o seu coeficiente de condutividade térmica.<<strong>br</strong> />
O fluxo de calor é calculado da seguinte maneira:<<strong>br</strong> />

(F) é o fluxo de calor, (K) coeficiente de condutividade térmica, (A)<<strong>br</strong> />
área total, (X) espessura da parede e (T1 - T2) as trocas de calor.<<strong>br</strong> />
Analisando os diversos tipos de preenchimentos considerados<<strong>br</strong> />
aqui, é possível concluir que o melhor revestimento é o que,<<strong>br</strong> />
logicamente, possui o menor índice de condutividade térmica.<<strong>br</strong> />
Para avaliação dos revestimentos que estão sendo demonstrados,<<strong>br</strong> />
colocamos a seguir uma tabela <strong>com</strong> Coeficientes de Condutividade<<strong>br</strong> />
Térmica (K) dos diversos produtos:<<strong>br</strong> />
• Redução no índice de acidentes por fadiga;<<strong>br</strong> />
• Evita custos desnecessários <strong>com</strong> refrigeração;<<strong>br</strong> />
• Aumento de produtividade e economia de energia;<<strong>br</strong> />
• Redução no controle de emissão sonora externa em processos<<strong>br</strong> />
produtivos;<<strong>br</strong> />
• Satisfação dos funcionários no processo produtivo graças às<<strong>br</strong> />
condições agradáveis no ambiente de trabalho.<<strong>br</strong> />
POLIURETANO<<strong>br</strong> />
Possui baixo coeficiente de condutividade térmica (K), oferecendo<<strong>br</strong> />
resistência nas trocas constantes de calor externo e interno, possibilitando<<strong>br</strong> />
uma significativa redução na utilização de equipamentos para refrigeração.<<strong>br</strong> />
É utilizado quando a aplicação exige um excelente desempenho<<strong>br</strong> />
termoacústico. É injetado <strong>com</strong> densidade de 35 a 39 Kg/m3, possui<<strong>br</strong> />
um coeficiente de condutividade térmica de K=0.016Kcal/mhºC,<<strong>br</strong> />
tem <strong>com</strong>o característica ser retardante na ação de chamas e não<<strong>br</strong> />
absorve a água.<<strong>br</strong> />
POLIESTIRENO (ISOPOR)<<strong>br</strong> />
Proporciona uma sensível redução dos ruídos externos, <strong>com</strong> bom<<strong>br</strong> />
isolamento térmico para coberturas e fechamentos. Normalmente aplicado<<strong>br</strong> />
<strong>com</strong> densidade de 11 a 13 Kg/m3 <strong>com</strong> coeficiente de condutividade<<strong>br</strong> />
térmica K=0.028 Kcal/mhºC, tem <strong>com</strong>o característica ser retardante<<strong>br</strong> />
na ação de chamas e não absorve água.<<strong>br</strong> />
LÃ DE ROCHA<<strong>br</strong> />
Normalmente aplicada nas estruturas em arco, podendo ser utilizada<<strong>br</strong> />
em outros projetos. Sistema economicamente interessante, aplicado<<strong>br</strong> />
em coberturas e fechamentos. Utilizado normalmente <strong>com</strong> densidade<<strong>br</strong> />
de 32 Kg/m3, <strong>com</strong> coeficiente de condutividade térmica K=0.030<<strong>br</strong> />
Kcal/mhºC, <strong>com</strong> espessura de 50mm. Este sistema sempre é montado<<strong>br</strong> />
no canteiro de o<strong>br</strong>a.<<strong>br</strong> />

TELHAS COM PINTURA ELETROSTÁTICA<<strong>br</strong> />
O processo de pintura eletrostática consiste na aplicação de tinta à<<strong>br</strong> />
base de resina poliéster em telhas ou quaisquer produtos em aço<<strong>br</strong> />
galvanizado. Indicada para utilização em ambiente <strong>com</strong> incidência<<strong>br</strong> />
direta de raios solares ou fontes ultravioletas.<<strong>br</strong> />
Este processo é caracterizado pelas seguintes fases:<<strong>br</strong> />
• Limpeza – Efetuada por meios mecânicos ou químicos. Nesta fase<<strong>br</strong> />
retiram-se os resíduos de graxa ou gordura provenientes dos<<strong>br</strong> />
processos de fa<strong>br</strong>icação ou proteção de chapa zincada.<<strong>br</strong> />
• Pintura – As telhas são colocadas em transportadores horizontais<<strong>br</strong> />
<strong>com</strong> velocidade regulável, de modo a passarem pela cabine de<<strong>br</strong> />
pintura recebendo uma demão de tinta em pó à base de poliéster,<<strong>br</strong> />
<strong>com</strong> uma espessura acima de 50 micra.<<strong>br</strong> />
• Secagem – Imediatamente após a aplicação da tinta à base de<<strong>br</strong> />
resina poliéster, a telha ou quaisquer outros produtos fa<strong>br</strong>icados<<strong>br</strong> />
em aço galvanizado, passam por uma estufa – caracterizada por<<strong>br</strong> />
um túnel <strong>com</strong> mais de 30 metros – para aquecimento e <strong>com</strong>pleta<<strong>br</strong> />
cura da tinta.<<strong>br</strong> />
A pintura é feita somente em chapa galvanizada.<<strong>br</strong> />

PRÉ-PINTADAS<<strong>br</strong> />
A pré-pintura tem por característica a pintura da bobina antes da<<strong>br</strong> />
efetiva fa<strong>br</strong>icação do produto. Aplica-se revestimento sempre nas<<strong>br</strong> />
duas faces.<<strong>br</strong> />
Considerar as seguintes opções para <strong>com</strong>pra:<<strong>br</strong> />
• Aço pré-pintado em uma face <strong>com</strong> 18 a 20 micra e outra face <strong>com</strong><<strong>br</strong> />
primer verde;<<strong>br</strong> />
