FIERBEREA LICHIDELOR<br />
o Mecanismul <strong>transfer</strong>ului termic între o<br />
suprafaţă care ce<strong>de</strong>ază căldură şi un lichid<br />
în fierbere este <strong>de</strong>osebit <strong>de</strong> complex.<br />
o În cazul lichi<strong>de</strong>lor pure monocomponente,<br />
temperatura <strong>de</strong> fierbere este teoretic<br />
egală cu temperatura <strong>de</strong> saturaţie (T s),<br />
oT s = f (natura lichidului, P)<br />
o În realitate, temperatura <strong>de</strong> fierbere (T f)<br />
este puţin mai mare <strong>de</strong>cât T s .<br />
