o La creşterea temperaturii suprafeţei<br />
încălzitoare se pot observa următoarele<br />
fenomene:<br />
<strong>–</strong>laTp < Tf , lichidul se încălzeşte şi se<br />
vaporizează fără să fiarbă;<br />
<strong>–</strong> când Tp >Tf , lichidul începe să fiarbă;<br />
intensitatea fierberii creşte cu creşterea<br />
diferenţei ∆T = Tp <strong>–</strong>Tf ;<br />
