O modalitate practica de reprezentare a datelor <strong>LIDAR</strong> este ca intensitate a semnalului<br />

in functie de inaltime. Maximele de semnal indica formatiuni noroase sau pozitia<br />

stratului limita. Analiza cantitativa a semnalului se poate face examinand derivata<br />

semnalului netezit in raport cu altitudinea. Pozitiile unde apar minime negative ale<br />

derivatei corespund limitelor dintre diferite structuri atmosferice.
