<strong>Cine</strong> <strong>Artiste</strong> <strong>Welfare</strong> <strong>Fund</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>India</strong> a Trust managed by National Film Development Corporation<br />
Limited (<strong>NFDC</strong> Ltd.) invites fresh applications in the prescribed format from all the eligible<br />
<strong>Cine</strong> <strong>Artiste</strong>s for Financial Assistance. The existing beneficiaries who are getting Financial<br />
Assistance from the Trust till October 2013 may also submit fresh application as per eligibility<br />
criteria.<br />

Age 50 years and above (Age Pro<strong>of</strong>-Certified True copy <strong>of</strong> PAN Card or Voter<br />
Identity Card)<br />
Annual Income from all sources should be below Rs.24,000/- per annum. (Income<br />
Pro<strong>of</strong> – Certified True Copy <strong>of</strong> Income Tax Return Filed, if any, or the copy <strong>of</strong> Bank<br />
passbook <strong>of</strong> last three years <strong>of</strong> self and other earning family members to ascertain the<br />
financial status)<br />
Must have performed in at least five films. (Performance pro<strong>of</strong>: Certified True<br />
Copies <strong>of</strong> list <strong>of</strong> films performed, Photographs <strong>of</strong> Films, Certificate from Producers &<br />
newspaper / magazine cuttings).<br />
Must not be performing currently in any type <strong>of</strong> film media (TV Films, Short Films,<br />
Documentary and Advertisement etc.<br />
Only <strong>Cine</strong> <strong>Artiste</strong>s are eligible, junior <strong>Artiste</strong>, Technician, Musician etc. are not<br />
eligible to apply.<br />
How to Apply<br />
Details <strong>of</strong> the Financial Assistance Scheme and application forms for registration are<br />
available with all <strong>NFDC</strong> Offices. The last date for submission <strong>of</strong> application is 31 st July 2013.<br />
