Obiectivele proiectului<br />

♦ Obiectivul general : realizarea <strong>de</strong> pre<strong>aliaje</strong> nanocristaline si <strong>de</strong> <strong>aliaje</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>aluminiu</strong> <strong>nanostructurate</strong> <strong>cu</strong><br />

caracteristici înalte, având structură submicronică, <strong>cu</strong> constituenŃi nanometrici, prin utilizarea <strong>de</strong> meto<strong>de</strong> noi si<br />

avansate <strong>de</strong> aliere in procesele <strong>de</strong> elaborare ale <strong>aliaje</strong>lor si <strong>de</strong> prelucrări in faza lichida si solida ale acestora.<br />

♦ Obiective stiintifice:<br />

Studiul echilibrelor in sisteme <strong>de</strong> <strong>aliaje</strong> Al lichid / solid – faze intermetalice soli<strong>de</strong>.<br />

Studiul termodinamic al formarii fazelor intermetalice <strong>cu</strong> Al, Ti, B, Sr, Mn, in sisteme <strong>de</strong> <strong>aliaje</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>aluminiu</strong> <strong>cu</strong><br />

elemente principale <strong>de</strong> aliere Si, Mg, Cu.<br />

Mo<strong>de</strong>larea proceselor <strong>de</strong> elaborare / sinteză a pre<strong>aliaje</strong>lor nanocristaline.<br />

Studiul cineticii <strong>de</strong> dizolvare a pre<strong>aliaje</strong>lor nanocristaline in <strong>aluminiu</strong> topit.<br />

Stabilirea proprietăŃilor fizico-structurale si structurale, <strong>de</strong>finitorii ale pre<strong>aliaje</strong>lor nanocristaline si ale <strong>aliaje</strong>lor <strong>de</strong><br />

<strong>aluminiu</strong> <strong>nanostructurate</strong> realizate.<br />

Studiul proceselor electrochimice, in săruri topite, <strong>de</strong> obŃinere a pre<strong>aliaje</strong>lor AlSr.<br />

Studiul proceselor <strong>de</strong> obŃinere a pre<strong>aliaje</strong>lor si <strong>aliaje</strong>lor <strong>nanostructurate</strong> prin: macinare in atmosfera inerta;<br />

aliere mecanica, difuzie; solidificare ultrarapida a topiturilor metalice; <strong>de</strong>formare plastica severa.<br />

♦ Obiectivele tehnice şi i tehnologice:<br />

Realizarea instalaŃiei experimentale <strong>de</strong> laborator <strong>de</strong> pentru obŃinerea <strong>de</strong> pre<strong>aliaje</strong> AlSr prin proces<br />

electrochimic.<br />

Realizarea <strong>de</strong> echipamente si dispozitive experimentale <strong>de</strong> laborator pentru: procesarea pulberilor metalice<br />

nanocristaline; aliere mecanica; <strong>de</strong>formare plastica severa; presare a pulberilor pre<strong>cu</strong>rsoare <strong>de</strong> pre<strong>aliaje</strong>;<br />

procesări termice.<br />

Stabilirea <strong>de</strong> tehnologii ecologice si noi <strong>de</strong> obŃinere / sinteza a unor pre<strong>aliaje</strong> (AlSr, AlTiB).<br />

Stabilirea <strong>de</strong> tehnologii <strong>de</strong> laborator <strong>de</strong> obŃinere a pre<strong>aliaje</strong>lor nanocristaline AlTiB, AlSr, AlMn.<br />

Stabilirea <strong>de</strong> tehnologii <strong>de</strong> elaborare a <strong>aliaje</strong>lor <strong>de</strong> <strong>aluminiu</strong> <strong>nanostructurate</strong> <strong>cu</strong> pre<strong>aliaje</strong> nanocristaline.<br />

Elaborarea <strong>de</strong> cereri <strong>de</strong> brevet <strong>de</strong> invenŃie pentru materialele realizate si proce<strong>de</strong>ele elaborate.


♦ Gradul <strong>de</strong> complexitate<br />

Gradul <strong>de</strong> complexitate :<br />

- Cercetari <strong>cu</strong> caracter fundamental in studiul sistemelor <strong>de</strong> elemente constitutive ale <strong>aliaje</strong>lor (diagrame <strong>de</strong><br />

echilibru complexe), <strong>de</strong>terminarea <strong>de</strong> caracteristici termodinamice ale structurilor cristaline, mo<strong>de</strong>lari<br />

matematice <strong>de</strong> procese.<br />

- Utilizarea <strong>de</strong> tehnici si aparatura performanta si meto<strong>de</strong> a<strong>de</strong>cvate <strong>de</strong> analize chimice, microscopie optica<br />

computerizata şi microscopie electronica, difractie <strong>de</strong> raze X, analiza termica diferentiala, masini si aparate <strong>de</strong><br />

incercari mecanice, aparate pentru masuratori ale unor caracteristici fizice, etc pentru <strong>de</strong>terminarea si<br />

verificarea caracteristicilor pre<strong>aliaje</strong>lor / <strong>aliaje</strong>lor care vor fi realizate .<br />

- Utilizarea <strong>de</strong> programe – software <strong>de</strong> uz general si specifice pentru prelucrarea datelor, studii si cal<strong>cu</strong>le <strong>de</strong><br />

procese.<br />

- Efectuarea <strong>de</strong> lucrări <strong>de</strong> cercetare complexe <strong>cu</strong> caracter tehnic – tehnologic pentru realizarea pre<strong>aliaje</strong>lor /<br />

<strong>aliaje</strong>lor <strong>nanostructurate</strong> si stabilirea proceselor <strong>de</strong> obtinere ale acestora.<br />

- Caracterul multidisciplinar al tematicii proiectului rezulta din multitudinea <strong>de</strong> discipline stiintifice implicate in<br />

realizarea obiectivelor acestuia : stiinta materialelor, chimie si electrochimie, mo<strong>de</strong>lare matematica, fizica<br />

suprafetelor, chimie analitica si instrumentala, metalografie si metalurgie structurala, inginerie tehnologica si<br />

proiectare <strong>de</strong> instalatii (<strong>de</strong> electroliza, pentru alte procese), etc, pre<strong>cu</strong>m si <strong>de</strong>zvoltarea <strong>de</strong> procese metalurgice,<br />

mecanice, chimice, ale metalurgiei pulberilor.<br />

♦ Gradul <strong>de</strong> noutate : <strong>aliaje</strong> <strong>nanostructurate</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>aluminiu</strong> <strong>cu</strong> caracteristici chimice, fizico-mecanice si tehnologice<br />

superioare, a<strong>de</strong>cvate inlo<strong>cu</strong>irii <strong>aliaje</strong>lor clasice, in aplicaŃii specifice, care nu se produc in tara, si se afla in stadiul<br />

<strong>de</strong> cercetare si pe plan mondial. Utilizarea pre<strong>aliaje</strong>lor nanocristaline in elaborarea <strong>de</strong> <strong>aliaje</strong> <strong>de</strong> Al.<br />

- S.C.RANCON S.R.L Iasi , S.C.ALRO S.A.Slatina, si in general orice agent economic din industria <strong>de</strong> metale<br />

neferoase si constructoare <strong>de</strong> masini.

prealiajului.
