Obiectivul / rezultatul final al proiectuluiObtinerea prin meto<strong>de</strong> alternative a <strong>nanocristale</strong>lor <strong>de</strong> TiO 2<strong>cu</strong> caracteristicicontrolate dopate <strong>cu</strong> ioni metalici/nemetalici, a <strong>materiale</strong>lor <strong>zeolitice</strong> <strong>functionalizate</strong> <strong>cu</strong>acestea, <strong>de</strong>monstrarea eficientei zeolitilor functionalizati in procesele <strong>de</strong> epurareaavansata a apelor uzate municipale si integrarea proce<strong>de</strong>elor <strong>de</strong> oxidare fotocataliticasi <strong>de</strong>gradare electrochimica in unul singur-oxidare fotocatalitica asistata electrochimic;Elementele <strong>de</strong> noutate si originalitate ale proiectului-obtinerea printr-o metoda noua, hidrotermal asistata ultrasonic in camp <strong>de</strong>microun<strong>de</strong> a <strong>nanocristale</strong>lor <strong>de</strong> TiO 2 /TiO 2 dopat <strong>cu</strong> ioni metalici / nemetalici <strong>cu</strong>proprietati morfo-structurale controlate (noutate pe plan international);-obtinerea <strong>materiale</strong>lor <strong>zeolitice</strong> <strong>functionalizate</strong> <strong>cu</strong> <strong>nanocristale</strong> <strong>de</strong> TiO 2 /TiO 2dopate <strong>cu</strong> ioni metalici / nemetalici <strong>cu</strong> aplicatii in epurarea apelor reziduale(noutate pe plan international);-utilizarea <strong>materiale</strong>lor <strong>zeolitice</strong> <strong>functionalizate</strong> <strong>cu</strong> <strong>nanocristale</strong> <strong>de</strong> TiO 2 /TiO 2dopate, ca si catalizatori in meto<strong>de</strong>le <strong>de</strong> oxidare fotocatalitica pentru in<strong>de</strong>partareaanumitor poluanti organici din apele uzate (noutate pe plan si international);- combinarea meto<strong>de</strong>lor electrochimice (diferite <strong>materiale</strong> pentru electrozi) <strong>cu</strong>meto<strong>de</strong>le <strong>de</strong> oxidare fotocatalitica (catalizatori pe baza <strong>de</strong> <strong>materiale</strong> <strong>zeolitice</strong><strong>functionalizate</strong>) pentru <strong>de</strong>gradarea poluantilor refractari in scopul epurarii apeloruzate industriale (noutate pe plan international);


Beneficiarii rezultatelor; potentialul <strong>de</strong> aplicare in economieRezultatele proiectului pot fi transferate catre:- agentii economici care <strong>de</strong>verseaza ape reziduale in canale comune si care potprelua tehnologia pentru realizarea in regie proprie a instalatiilor <strong>de</strong> epurarea apei reziduale rezultata din fluxul tehnologic <strong>de</strong> productie;- preluarea tehnologiei <strong>de</strong> catre un agent economic pentru fabricatia <strong>de</strong> seriein ve<strong>de</strong>rea comercializarii instalatiilor <strong>de</strong> epurare a apelor reziduale.In sprijinul acestor oportunitati, ne propunem ca in etapa finala sa elaboramdo<strong>cu</strong>mentatia <strong>de</strong> analiza tehnico-economica si a do<strong>cu</strong>mentatiei tehnice pentrutransferul tehnologiei elaborate.

Implicarea tinerilor cercetatoriProiectul reuneste preo<strong>cu</strong>pari <strong>de</strong> ordin stiintific, tehnic si educativ prinimplicarea tinerilor cercetatori in activitatile <strong>de</strong> sinteza, functionalizare sitestare a eficientei <strong>materiale</strong>lor.Astfel:-CS dr. Cornelia Ratiu a contribuit la proiectarea <strong>de</strong> tehnologii <strong>de</strong> sinteza si a<strong>materiale</strong>lor nanocristaline (TiO2 dopat) si la implemetarea acestora – teza <strong>de</strong>doctorat in 2009, in domeniul proiectului;-CS dr. Corina Orha - sinteza <strong>materiale</strong>lor <strong>zeolitice</strong> <strong>functionalizate</strong> <strong>cu</strong> TiO2;-CS drd. Bu<strong>cu</strong>r Raul - adaptarea si intretinerea instalatiilor <strong>de</strong> sinteza;-CS dr. Paula Sfirloaga - analizele fizico-chimice privind imagistica si compozitiachimica prin ME SEM + EDAX – teza <strong>de</strong> doctorat in 2010, in domeniulproiectului;-CS dr. Bu<strong>cu</strong>r Alexandra - analize fizice prin difractie <strong>de</strong> RX;-CS dr. Radu Banica - spectrometrie UV-VIS-NIR;-ACS drd. Dabici AnaMaria - teste <strong>de</strong> material in procese fotocatalitice – doctorandin domeniul proiectului;-Dr.Ing. Sonea Daniela - teste pe ape tratate <strong>cu</strong> zeoliti functionalizati pentru<strong>de</strong>monstrarea eficientei catalitice – teza <strong>de</strong> doctorat in 2010, in domeniul tezei,-Dr. Ing. Pop Aniela – realizarea <strong>de</strong> electrozi pe baza <strong>de</strong> zeoliti naturali si teste <strong>de</strong>eficienta fotocatalitica, in prezent bursier post doctorand la Univ “Politehnica”dinTimisoara


Activitatile prevazute a se realiza in anul 2011:1. Sinteza la sacara <strong>de</strong> laborator a <strong>nanocristale</strong>lor <strong>de</strong> TiO 2/TiO 2dopate <strong>cu</strong> ioni metalici sinemetalici prin metoda sol-gel,2. Proiectarea standurilor experimentale <strong>de</strong> laborator pentru testarea <strong>materiale</strong>lor<strong>zeolitice</strong> <strong>functionalizate</strong> <strong>cu</strong> <strong>nanocristale</strong> <strong>de</strong> TiO 2/TiO 2dopate <strong>cu</strong> ioni metalici/nemetalici,3. Sinteza <strong>materiale</strong>lor <strong>zeolitice</strong> <strong>functionalizate</strong> <strong>cu</strong> <strong>nanocristale</strong> <strong>de</strong> TiO 2/TiO 2dopate <strong>cu</strong>ioni metalici si nemetalici prin metoda impregnarii,4. Studii si teste <strong>de</strong> conformitate asupra <strong>nanocristale</strong>lor <strong>de</strong> TiO 2si a <strong>materiale</strong>lor<strong>zeolitice</strong> <strong>functionalizate</strong> prin:- Difractie <strong>de</strong> raze X - RDX,- Microscopie electronica <strong>de</strong> baleiaj – SEM,- Analize <strong>de</strong> compozitie chimica EDAX,- Spectrometrie UV/VIS,- Analize <strong>de</strong> suprafata specifica - BET.5. Stabilirea eficientei <strong>de</strong>gradarii prin experimentarea la scara <strong>de</strong> laborator a gradului<strong>de</strong> in<strong>de</strong>partare a <strong>unor</strong> poluanti organici caracteristici apelor sintetice uzate prin metoda:electrochimica, <strong>de</strong> oxidare fotocatalitica si cea combinata (electrochimic-fotocatalitic)utilizand diferite tipuri <strong>de</strong> electrozi si catalizatori pe baza <strong>de</strong> <strong>materiale</strong> <strong>zeolitice</strong><strong>functionalizate</strong> <strong>cu</strong> <strong>nanocristale</strong> <strong>de</strong> TiO 2/TiO 2dopate;


6. Analiza apelor tratate prin CCO-Cr, CBO5, TOC si spectrofotometrie pentrustabilirea eficientei <strong>materiale</strong>lor si procedurilor experimentate;7. Optimizarea <strong>materiale</strong>lor <strong>zeolitice</strong> <strong>functionalizate</strong> in raport <strong>cu</strong> cele trei procedurifolosite pentru <strong>de</strong>gradarea poluantilor organici;8. Aplicarea la scara <strong>de</strong> laborator a <strong>materiale</strong>lor <strong>zeolitice</strong> <strong>functionalizate</strong> <strong>cu</strong> <strong>nanocristale</strong><strong>de</strong> TiO 2dopate si a proce<strong>de</strong>elor elaborate, in ve<strong>de</strong>rea epurarii avansate a apeloruzate municipale reale si stabilirea performantelor acestora;9. Realizarea feed-backului in ve<strong>de</strong>rea stabilirii calitatii si eficientei <strong>materiale</strong>lorexperimentate in procesul <strong>de</strong> epurare avansata a apelor uzate municipale;10. Studiu comparativ pentru selectarea <strong>materiale</strong>lor <strong>zeolitice</strong> sintetizate prin meto<strong>de</strong>lehidrotermal si sol-gel in procesele <strong>de</strong> <strong>de</strong>gradare prin meto<strong>de</strong> electrochimice, <strong>de</strong> oxidarefotocatalitice si combinate, la nivel <strong>de</strong> laborator, pe baza eficientei <strong>de</strong>gradarii apeloruzate municipale;11. Corelari <strong>cu</strong> BAT-uri si posibilitati <strong>de</strong> prevenire a poluarii, productie mai <strong>cu</strong>rata sireducerea impactului asupra sanatatii umane;12. Elaborarea do<strong>cu</strong>mentatiei tehnice a tehnologiei <strong>de</strong> epurare a apelor uzate <strong>cu</strong><strong>materiale</strong> <strong>zeolitice</strong> <strong>functionalizate</strong> <strong>cu</strong> dioxid <strong>de</strong> titan, pre<strong>cu</strong>m si a do<strong>cu</strong>mentatia <strong>de</strong> analizatehnico-economica si a do<strong>cu</strong>mentatiei tehnice pentru transferul tehnologic.13. Activitatile <strong>de</strong> diseminare: brevet, lucrari stiintifice.


Obiectivele ce vor fi atinse:O.1. Functionalizarea <strong>materiale</strong>lor <strong>zeolitice</strong> <strong>cu</strong> <strong>nanocristale</strong> <strong>de</strong> TiO2/TiO2 dopatprin metoda impregnarii si caracterizarea fizico-chimica a acestora;O.2. Testarea experimentala in conditii <strong>de</strong> laborator a <strong>materiale</strong>lor <strong>zeolitice</strong><strong>functionalizate</strong> prin metoda impregnarii utilizand meto<strong>de</strong> electrochimice si <strong>de</strong>oxidare fotocatalitica, pre<strong>cu</strong>m si combinarea lor, in ve<strong>de</strong>rea in<strong>de</strong>partariipoluantilor organici specifici apelor uzate;O.3. Evaluarea eficientei procedurilor propuse pentru realizarea epurariiavansate a apelor uzate;O.4. Realizarea feed-backului in ve<strong>de</strong>rea optimizarii calitatii si eficienteimaterialului sintetizat pentru in<strong>de</strong>partarea contaminantilor urmariti, in raport<strong>cu</strong> proce<strong>de</strong>ul folosit;O.5. Diseminarea nationala si internationala a rezultatelor cercetarii.


Rezultatele preconizate a se obtine:R.1. Nanocristale <strong>de</strong> TiO 2 dopate <strong>cu</strong> ioni metalici / nemetalici obtinute prinmetoda sol-gel si hidrotermala in camp <strong>de</strong> microun<strong>de</strong> asistata ultrasonor si<strong>materiale</strong> <strong>zeolitice</strong> <strong>functionalizate</strong> obtinute prin metoda impregnarii;R2. Fise <strong>de</strong> testare a capacitatii <strong>de</strong> <strong>de</strong>gradare a poluantilor specifici apeloruzate, realizate prin analiza apelor tratate, in ve<strong>de</strong>rea i<strong>de</strong>ntificarii <strong>de</strong>rivatilorfenolici prin CCO-Cr (indicator global), CBO5 (grad <strong>de</strong> bio<strong>de</strong>gradabilitate acompusilor), TOC, spectrofotometrie, diagrame <strong>de</strong> certificare a efectului <strong>de</strong>in<strong>de</strong>partare a poluantilor, valori <strong>de</strong> eficienta a <strong>materiale</strong>lor in instalatiileexperimentale <strong>de</strong> laborator, <strong>materiale</strong> <strong>zeolitice</strong> <strong>functionalizate</strong> optimizate;R3. Do<strong>cu</strong>mentatie tehnica a tehnologiei <strong>de</strong> epurare a apelor uzate pe baza <strong>de</strong><strong>materiale</strong> <strong>zeolitice</strong> <strong>functionalizate</strong> <strong>cu</strong> dioxid <strong>de</strong> titan,R.4 Do<strong>cu</strong>mentatie <strong>de</strong> analiza tehnico-economica;R4. Diseminare - minim un brevet,- o teza <strong>de</strong> doctorat,- minim doua lucrari ISI,- minim doua lucrari comunicate,- minim o lucrare <strong>de</strong> licenta / masterat,- raport <strong>de</strong> cercetare.

Estimarea necesarului <strong>de</strong> finantare pentru ultimul an <strong>de</strong> implementare:•Buget estimat initial pentru 2011 – 230.000 lei,Avand in ve<strong>de</strong>re ca rezultatele sunt foarte promitatoare pentrurealizarea unui transfer real <strong>de</strong> tehnologie <strong>de</strong> <strong>de</strong>contaminare a apeloruzate, pentru pregatirea a<strong>de</strong>cvata a acesteia, solicitam suplimentar fata<strong>de</strong> valoarea estimata initial, un buget <strong>de</strong> 200.000 lei, din care:o 120.000 cheltuieli <strong>de</strong> personal,oo30.000 cheltuieli pentru materii prime si <strong>materiale</strong>,50.000 cheltuieli aferente partenerilor pentru activitatiprogramate in 2011
