<strong>Noi</strong> <strong>tipuri</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>celule</strong> <strong>solare</strong> <strong>flexibile</strong> <strong>pe</strong> <strong>baza</strong> <strong>de</strong> compuşi <strong>CIS</strong> obţinuţi prin<br />
electro<strong>de</strong>punere<br />

c. Rezumatul proiectului:<br />
Cercetarile actuale in domeniul conversiei fotovoltaice a energiei electrice sunt directionate si spre<br />
gasirea <strong>de</strong> materiale inlocuitoare ale siliciului utilizat la fabricarea <strong>celule</strong>lor <strong>solare</strong>. Din gama acestor<br />
materiale, compusi <strong>CIS</strong>–cupru-indiu-seleniu sunt consi<strong>de</strong>rati candidati importanti in obtinerea unui<br />
nou tip <strong>de</strong> <strong>celule</strong> <strong>solare</strong>, constituite din filme subtiri <strong>de</strong>puse <strong>pe</strong> un suport flexibil. Scopul principal al<br />
proiectului il constituie obtinerea si caracterizarea structurala si fotovoltaica a <strong>celule</strong>lor <strong>solare</strong> <strong>CIS</strong><br />
<strong>flexibile</strong>, cu numar redus <strong>de</strong> straturi. Celulele constau dintr-o structura tip „wafe” formata din straturi<br />
<strong>de</strong> filme subtiri (2-3 μm): strat metalic-strat material absorbant-strat <strong>de</strong> oxid conductor transparent,<br />
<strong>de</strong>puse prin tehnici s<strong>pe</strong>cifice <strong>pe</strong> un suport flexibil.<br />
d. Obiectivele generale si rezultatele estimate a fi obţinute:<br />

• Elaborarea unui mo<strong>de</strong>l conceptual privind <strong>celule</strong>le <strong>solare</strong> cu material absorbant <strong>CIS</strong><br />
• Studii privind meto<strong>de</strong>le <strong>de</strong> obţinere a filmelor subţiri prin <strong>de</strong>punere din plasma<br />
• Studii privind meto<strong>de</strong>le <strong>de</strong> obţinere a filmelor subţiri prin <strong>de</strong>punere electrochimica<br />
• Studiul proprietarilor fizice si structurale ale straturilor <strong>de</strong>puse (<strong>celule</strong>i)<br />
