La 1 m ad.incime apare un strat g<strong>ro</strong>s <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>de</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> nisip g<strong>ro</strong>siertcu pietriq foarte md,runt.Solul este par.tial structurat in orizontul cu humus qi afinat peintregul p<strong>ro</strong>fil. Consistenta 0,9 - 1,0. Majoritatearir,il5,cinilor pinului se opresc ln primii 50 cm, tlar ajung qi sub 1 m.i) Foeni. S-a cercetat solul unei plantalii cle pin negru cu rareexemplare <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>de</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> Pinus banksiana.Plantalia, ficutd, pe dune <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>de</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> nisip, este in vlrstd, cle 50 <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>de</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> ani, arein5,llimea medie <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>de</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> 13 m, iar diametrul mediu <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>de</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> 18 cm.Solul, pe o dun5, lat5, <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>de</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> nisip, este brun-gd,lbui, pod.zolit, foarte p<strong>ro</strong>funcl.j) Sisciori. Arboretul d,e pin studiat este situat pe versantul clreptal riului Sebeq qi se intinrte pe o distanfd, <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>de</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> 5 km, incepind d.e la comunaSd,sciori spre sud., pin5 la satul Ci,pllna. Initial acest teren a fost completplantat ci Pi,nus' silaestris ,si Pi,nui ni,gra. li prezent, plantalia s" nteolio"numai ln citeva puncte. Punctul cu suprafata cea mai intins5, este la,,Coconea", peversantul drept al piriului Brd,cl5,!elul, afluent al Sebeqului.Pinul din cliferitelc grupuri are virsta variind. intre 40 qi 60 cle ani.Infllfimea meclie este <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>de</st<strong>ro</strong>ng>-10-- 72 m,- iar diametrul mediu i8 - ZO cm.Solul a fost cercetat in trei puncte. In punctul Coconea, pinetul este peun versant sud.ic, cu inclinarea d.e 45'. SoIuI este un podzol secund.ar d,ed"egrad.are, cu A, <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>de</st<strong>ro</strong>ng>zvoltat (coborincl chiar sub 50 cm adincime) gi avlnd.caracter scheletic sub 30 - 40 cm. Este format pe micaqist-gnaise.k. Ilealul Cetilii din Deva. S-a stutliat solul in trei puncte.1) ln dosul cetd,lii, pe un versant cu expozilie nord - nord,-estic[,qi inclinare <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>de</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> 15o, cu cele mai multe exemplare <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>de</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> pin negru uscateDste o plantalie cle 20 - 25 cle ani <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>de</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> pin negru, molid gi salcim, cuind,llimea medie <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>de</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> 8 - 9 m qi diametrul med.iu <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>de</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> 13 cm.
