God’s Arithmetic
The Biblical stories of God multiplying the fishes and loaves are
filled with incredible lessons of God’s love and care for His
people, even for the most basic needs. He loves to confound
us by providing blessings in ways we could never imagine. The
Potomac Conference has continued to receive God’s financial
blessings. In spite of the financial climate, the members of
Potomac Conference have been faithful.
The Potomac Conference continues to enjoy a strong financial
base with working capital, exceeding the level recommend by
NAD Working Policy (112% actual vs. 100% recommend).
Expense management continues to be a key focus as we aim
to use the resources God provides in a manner as effective as
possible. Small operating surpluses have been obtained each
of the two years completed since the last Constituency session.
Thank you for partnering with God by committing your time,
talent and resources to the Lord’s work.
