Student vitalized to the Campaign with their
pieces
The students who ranked in the picture, composition and poetry competition organized by cooperation
with Samsun Directorate of National Education in the framework of Samsun Has, Buy For Samsun project
got their awards in the ceremony held in Chamber Assembly.
They received their awards in the presence of the assembly
According to the evaluation, Necati Can Yılmaz from 23 Nisan Elementary School came in first, from
Derecik Elementary School Seçil Akduman came in second and Yasemin Konuş from 75.Yıl Elementary
School came in third in painting competition that was held in primary education between class of 4
and 5. Fatma Gonca from Kılavuzlu Şehit Niyazi Kaya Elementary School was deemed with Honorable
Mention. Hülya Ertürk Koç -Samsun Provincial Director of National Education- presented the gifts and
certificated to the students that came in the competition. In poetry contest that was realized in primary
education between class of 6,7 and 8, from Asarcık Elementary School Ruken Eroğlu came in first, from
Alaçam Cumhuriyet Elemantary School
Müberra İnan came in second and from
Kalkanca Elementary School Hatice Nursena
Yücel came in third. Salih Zeki Murzioğlu-

these students. Also in essay contest which
was held in secondary school between class
of 9,10,11 from Anatolian High School Büşra
Cebe came in first, from Vezirköprü Industrial
School Ekrem Duran came in second
and from Yaşardoğu Multi Program High
School Gülnur Elbir came in third. The
awards were given by Sedat Demirci- President
of the Assembly of Samsun Chamber of
Commerce and Industry.
Campaign of Public Offering
A meeting was realized in Samsun Chamber of Commerce and Industry within the context of “Campaign of Public
Offering” activities that is initiated by a protocol signed between Istanbul Stock Exchange(IMKB), Turkish Union of
Chambers and Exchange Commodities (TOBB), Stock Exchange Commission (SPK) and Turkish Association of Capital
Market Intermediary Institutions (TSPAKB) with the aim of increasing the rate of companies going public. In conference,
entering capital markets and going public were laid emphasis on for regaining international
competitiveness and taking place among global companies.
Samsun has great potential
Salih Zeki Murzioğlu, Chairman of the Board of Samsun Chamber of Commerce and Industry, told about properties
Samsun has on his keynote speech and said “Samsun is a city of trade, industry, tourism, training and health.
Samsun is energy base with its geographical position, 4 big hydroelectric plant, and access point in Turkey for blue
stream line and with new energy investments that are planned. Samsun is the only city in Blacksea Region and one
of the 3 city in Turkey on being meeting point in transportation with its transportation infrastructure regarding road,
sea, air and railway and also it is a logistics center. Samsun has 11 firms in the list of Turkey’s largest 1000 firms and
it will have a better position with its facilities, infrastructure and new investments.
