The main focus of plastic surgery is, of 

course, the total human—mind, body, 

and soul. Considering this, plastic surgery 

seeks to achieve the beauty that 

humans have been pursuing for centuries. 

Digging even deeper, we realize 

the real reason people seek plastic surgery 

is the passionate desire to find the 

secret of staying young. Nobody can 

deny that staying young is everyone’s 

biggest wish. While young people who 

are 20 years old want the experience of 

50 year old people, people who are 50 

years old want the opposite—to keep 

their life experiences, but still look 

young! They want to maintain their 

youthful looks, a freshness in their face, 

especially as they notice their changing 

silhouettes. What if freezing your age 

could be possible even while continuing 

to gain experience in life? How 

many worlds could you conquer? Don’t 

say “I wish…” It is not utopic, it is 

possible! When we asked the question 

of “What is beauty or aesthetics?” you 

can probably guess that the answers we 

heard changed depending on the person 

and even the society. Plastic surgeons 

only provide the needed procedures 

that will benefit people to create this 

beauty. We take pride in making the beauty 

that so many people speak about, 

while also administering the aesthetics 

available to compliment this beauty, 

only in the doses that individuals find 

necessary. At this point, we can say that 

plastic surgery also takes on the duty of 

“protecting beauty.” Most importantly, 

we teach about how to fight and prevent 

the disappearance of youthful beauty, 

which can surely be kept and never-ending. 

The secret of youth that we think 

of as a utopia is hidden in this description. 

Protecting beauty and keeping an 

aesthetically positive stance is in your 

hands! 

Estetik cerrahinin konusu insan ve insanın 

yüzyıllardır peşinde koştuğu güzellik 

ama arkasında yatan ise, genç 

kalabilme tutkusu. Bunu kimse inkâr 

edemez, genç olmak genç kalabilmek 

herkesin en büyük temennisi. 20 yaşındaki 

bir genç, 50’li yaşların deneyimini, 

hayat tecrübesini isterken, 40’lı yaşlara 

merdiven dayamış, aynalara baktığında 

değişen siluetiyle karşılaşanlar ise, eski 

yüzünü ve diriliğini geri istiyor. 

Şimdi düşünün, yaşınızı dondurmak 

ama gün be gün artan bilgi birikiminizle 

kaç tane dünyayı fethedebilirsiniz? 

“Ah keşke…” demeyin, ütopik değil, 

bu mümkün! Güzellik ya da estetik 

nedir diye bir soru sorduğumuzda, cevabın 

ne kadar göreceli olacağını, kişiden 

kişiye hatta toplumdan topluma 

bile değişkenlik göstereceğini tahmin 

edebilirsiniz. Estetik cerrahlar insana 

fayda sağlayan, ihtiyaç duyulan uygulamaları 

yaparlar. Güzelliğin ya da yoldaşı 

sayabileceğimiz estetiğin insanlığa 

ihtiyaçları mertebesinde faydalı olmasını 

sağlarlar. İşte bu noktada estetik 

cerrahi, “güzellik koruyuculuğu” görevini 

üstelenerek, kaybolan gençlik ve 

güzelliğin nasıl saklanabileceğini, nasıl 

daimi hale getirilebileceğini öğretir diyebiliriz. 

Ütopya olarak düşündüğünüz 

gençlik sırrı ise, tam da bu tamlamanın 

içinde saklı aslında… Güzeli korumak, 

estetik duruşun devamını sağlamak, sizin 

elinizde!

The vagina is a private part of the body 

where the sex, birth, sexuality and urinary 

systems cohabitate. The organ itself, 

as well as the problems that may come 

about with it, is a very difficult subject for 

many women to talk about. Even in today’s 

modern world of medicine, genital aesthetic 

procedures aren’t easily accepted in many 

circles. As a result, potential aesthetic and 

health problems in this private part of a woman’s 

body are mostly compulsorily ignored. 

However; the center of life, the continuation 

of generations, and the foundation place of 

healthy relationships between couples depends 

on physically and psychologically healthy 

women, thus making discussion of this topic 

extremely important. Previously honored 

with the “Golden Bistoury Award” during the 

Kadın erkek cinsiyetlerinin, birbirinden ayrıldığı, 

doğumun, cinselliğin ve boşaltım sisteminin 

bir arada bulunduğu mahrem bir gölge: 

Vajina. Konuşulması, sorunlarının dile getirilmesi 

pek çok kadın için oldukça güç. Estetik 

uygulamalar yaptırmanın dahi çoğu çevreler 

tarafından kabullenilmediği günümüzde, bu 

özel bölgenin olası sorunları, kadınların yaşadığı 

estetik ve sağlık problemleri ikinci plana 

itilmeye mahkum ediliyor. Oysaki hayatın 

merkezi, neslimizin devamı, ikili ilişkilerin 

her açıdan sağlıklı ilerlemesi kadın sağlığının 

hem fiziksel, hem de psikolojik açıdan sorunsuz 

olmasına bağlı. Monaco’da düzenlenen 

3.rd World Plastic Surgery Congress’de, kendi 

geliştirdiği “Genital Güzelleştirme” tekniğini 

anlattığı sunumuyla “Golden Bistoury”

the “Genital Beautification” technique, Dr. 

Bülent Cihantimur approaches vaginal aesthetics 

from a different perspective: “The 

Genital Beautification technique is a gift for 

women, and this procedure will pave the way 

among these countless taboos and give back 

their much deserved value.” 

Possible Problems in Genital Area 

Parts of the birthing, sex and urinary systems 

are very closely placed in the genital area. 

Due to the effects of gravity, difficult deliveries, 

hormonal changes, babies with high birthweight, 

and aging, the parts in this area may 

lose shape and from. Alternately, there may 

be genetic or congenital problems in some 

women. Sexual problems for women, however, 

are usually considered psychological— 

in most cases, women who gave birth or are 

having aesthetic problems in the vaginal area 

do not want to have a sexual relationship due 

to insecurities. The causes for this lack of 

confidence are usually a saggy labia that gets 

irritated because of contact with lingerie, excess 

fat in the mons pubis which sometimes 

covers the clitoris, a darkened vulva because 

of pigmentation, and maybe most importantly, 

the loosened and enlarged vagina. When 

this area loses its form, especially because of 

unsupervised deliveries, it prevents both women 

and men from enjoying sex. Add in all 

the other possible causes of deformation and 

the interest for a sexual relationship completely 

disappears. It is also important to note 

that urinary incontinence and other functional 

defects may cause problems for women’s social 

life.

bakış açısıyla bakıyor: “Genital Güzelleştirme 

tekniği kadınlara armağan edilmiş, bunca 

tabu içerisinde belki de yol gösterecek, gizli 

saklı bırakılmışa, hak ettiği değeri kazandıracak 

bir uygulama.” 

Genital Bölgenin Olası Sorunları 

Genital bölge içerisinde birbirine çok yakın 

alanlarda, hem doğum, hem cinsellik, hem de 

boşaltım sisteminin parçaları yer alıyor. Yerçekimi, 

kontrolsüz geçen zor doğumlar, hormonal 

değişim, yüksek doğum kilosuna sahip 

bebekler ve yaşın ilerlemesiyle birlikte, bu 

alan içerisine yakın duran uzuvlar form kaybı 

yaşamaya başlıyorlar. Bazı kadınlarda doğuştan 

gelen ya da genetik sebepli sorunlar da 

olabiliyor. Kadınların cinsel hayatlarıyla ilgili 

sorunları çoğu zaman psikolojik problemlere 

bağlanır, oysaki özellikle doğum yapmış ve 

vajina gölgesinde estetik sorunlar yaşayanlar, 

özgüven eksikliğinden dolayı seks yapmaya 

sıcak bakmıyorlar. Bu özgüven eksikliği estetik 

görünmeyen, çoğu zaman iç çamaşıra sürtünerek 

tahriş olan sarkık labia, Venüs tümseği 

denilen ve klitorisin kapanmasına neden 

olan alandaki yağ fazlalığı, pigmentasyon sorunu 

yüzünden kararmış vulva ve belki de en 

önemlisi, genişlemiş, formunu kaybetmiş vajina 

bölgesi… Özellikle kontrolsüz doğumlar 

sebebiyle sıkılığını kaybeden bu bölge, hem 

erkeğin hem de kadının zevk almasına darbe 

vuruyor ve diğer olası sebepler de eklenince 

cinselliğe karşı olan ilgi kayboluyor. Ayrıca 

idrar kaçırma ve diğer fonksiyon bozuklukları 

da kadının sosyal yaşantı içerisinde çok 

fazla sorun yaşamasına neden oluyor.

much like our arms and 

leg muscles, it also deserves 

to stay in shape.

What does Genital Beautification change? 

The Genital Beautification technique declares 

that the vagina is no different than any other 

part of our body and it also deserves to stay 

in shape. Just like the face or other parts of 

the body, which are often the focus of plastic 

surgery procedures, every health problem or 

aesthetic concern, including the vaginal area, 

should be approached and treated as a total 

body entity. Once the sagging problems of 

the inner and outer labia, which cause irritation, 

are eliminated, the pigmentation problem, 

bacterial growth, and wetness in the area will 

also disappear. Additionally, the procedure 

gives a nicer, cleaner aesthetic look to be 

happy with. 

For a pleasurable sexual relationship, the vagina 

has to embrace the penis. Once the problem 

of loosened form is taken care of, partners 

can feel each other more and the unwanted 

sounds caused by enlarged vagina due to excess 

air during intercourse, which women highly 

dislike, will also disappear. Additionally, 

the mons pubis is the hairy part between 

the clitoris and C-section stitches. Women 

usually complain about this area if it looks 

too round when they are wearing lingerie or 

swim suits. Moreover, lipoidosis in this area 

covers the clitoris, which is one of the pleasure 

points of women. Shaping mons pubis 

gives an aesthetic form and reveals the hidden 

clitoris. The G-Shot procedure is one of 

the techniques used in genital beautification. 

The G-Spot is another erogenous area of the 

vagina in addition to clitoris. It is located 2-3 

inches up the front vaginal wall and usually 

is 1 inch wide. During the G-shot procedure, 

amplification of this erogenous area enables 

having an easier and much more pleasurable 

orgasm.Involuntary urinary incontinence 

caused even by the slightest things, such as 

sneezing, coughing, laughing or being startled, 

makes life extremely difficult for many 

women. If you have a urinary incontinence 

problem, it means that the collagen tissue in 

that area became weak and the support tissue 

under the bladder are loosened. In the relevant 

genital beautification procedure, we are 

solving this problem by treating all muscle 

and tissues that make urinating involuntary. 

Genital Güzelleştirme neleri değiştirir? 

Genital Güzelleştirme, vajinanın bedenimizin 

herhangi bir yerinden farkı olmadığını 

ve formda kalmayı hak ettiğini savunan bir 

uygulamadır. Tıpkı yüz bölgesi gibi, sağlık 

sorunlarının ya da estetik kaygıların yaşandığı 

her probleme bir bütün olarak bakılır 

ve müdahale edilir. İç çamaşırına sürtünerek, 

tahrişe sebep olan, iç ve dış dudak sarkıklıkları 

çözümlendiğinde aynı zamanda 

bölgenin sürekli nemli kalmasına ve bakteri 

oluşumuna neden olan sorunlar da ortadan 

kalkmış olur, ayrıca estetik bir duruş sağlanır, 

pigmentasyon sorunu giderilir.Tatminkar bir 

cinsel beraberlik için vajinanın, penisi çok iyi 

kavraması gerekir. Genişleme sorunu Genital 

Güzelleştirme tekniği ile ortadan kalktığında, 

eşler birbirlerini hissetmeye başlar ve kadınların 

en fazla rahatsızlık duydukları, birleşme 

esnasında genişlikten dolayı hava alarak ses 

çıkartan vajina problemleri de çözümlenir. 

Venüs tümseği sezaryen dikişiyle, kilitoris 

arasında kalan tüylü alan. Kadınlar iç çamaşırı 

ya da plaj kıyafetleri giydiklerinde aşırı 

dolgun gözüken bu bölgeden son derece şikayetçiler. 

Ayrıca bu alandaki fazla yağlanma 

kadının zevk noktalarından birisi olan 

klitorisin kapanmasına neden oluyor. Venüs 

tümseğinin forma sokulmasıyla, hem estetik 

bir görüntü elde ediliyor, hem de gizli kalan 

klitoris açığa çıkarılıyor. Genital güzelleştirme 

tekniği içerisinde ele aldığımız “G Shot” 

yani “G Noktası” kadınların klitoris haricinde 

uyarıldıkları vajina içindeki bir alandır. Vajen 

girişinin 5-6 cm içerisinde ve ortalama 3 cm 

genişliğinde ön duvarda bulunan bu erojen 

bölgenin bir miktar şişirilmesi ise, sürtünmenin 

etkisini artırır, orgazm olmayı kolaylaştırır 

ve alınan hazzı çok daha fazla hale getirir. 

Yaşam kalitesini son derece etkileyen istemsiz 

idrar kaçırma sorunu, hapşırma, öksürme, 

kahkaha atma ve ya irkilme durumlarında 

bile pek çok kadına zor anlar yaşatmaktadır. 

Eğer idrar kaçırma probleminiz varsa, bölgedeki 

kolajen dokunun sağlam olmadığını, 

idrar torbasının altındaki destek dokularda 

da gevşeme olduğunu gözlemleriz. Genital 

Güzelleştirme uygulamasında sarkmış, deformasyona

istemsiz hale getiren tüm kas ve dokulara müdahale

Dr. Matlock özellikle 70 ülkede 10 binden 

fazla kadına vajinoplasti operasyonu ve ayrıca 

vücut şekillendirme konularında tüm dünyada 

isim yapmış bir cerrah. Bu operasyonların 

patentine sahip olan Dr. Matlock, dünyada 

sadece belli sayıda cerraha uygulama yetkisi 

veriyor. Op. Dr. Bülent Cihantimur’la yaptığı 

anlaşma çerçevesinde Cihantimur, bu operasyonları

Dr. Bülent Cihantimur was honored with the “Golden Bistoury 

Award” during the 3 rd Annual World Plastic Surgery 

Congress in Monaco, recognizing his brilliant presentation 

regarding the “Genital Beautification” technique. 

Op. Dr. Bülent Cihantimur, Monaco’da düzenlenen 3.rd World 

Plastic Surgery Congress’de, kendi geliştirdiği “Genital

Dr. Valter Dos Santos, chairman of the World Plastic Surgery 

Congress, emphasized that this technique, which was published 

in the American Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Magazine for the first 

time in 2013, gave a greater perspective to this area of plastic 

surgery and commended Dr. Cihantimur as the creator of this 

stellar procedure called “Genital Beautification.” Dr. Dos Santos 

continued by saying that the Congress presents this award to 

Dr. Cihantimur to recognize his brilliant presentation regarding 

the “Genital Beautification” technique and the new approach he 

has brought to the plastic surgery world. Organized by Prof. Ivo 

Pitanguy, who is considered one of the most important names in 

the plastic surgery world, the congress was attended by the 50 

Best Plastic Surgeons of the World as well as other important

award ceremony, Dr. Bülent Cihantimur said that he was proud 

to be receiving the same award with Prof. Yves Gérard Illouz, 

who is a leader in the world of plastic surgery. Dr. Cihantimur 

continued to say: “I am returning to my country with great pride 

for the honor this award bestows on me. It has truly made me 

more daring and has increased my respect and love for my profession.” 

Professor Yves Gérard Illouz said that Dr. Cihantimur 

deserved this award for his Genital Beautification technique, 

which exhibits Dr. Cihantimur’s innovative perspective and 

lights the way for the future of plastic surgery. 

World Plastic Surgery Congress Başkanı Dr.Valter Dos Santos,

da davet edildi.Altın Bistüri ödülü gecesinde, plastik cerrahinin

onur duyduğunu söyleyen Op. Dr. Bülent Cihantimur “ Çok

done in the laboratories of Estetik International 

clinics, the Organic Hair Transplantation 

is a groundbreaking procedure second to none

How Is the OrganIc HaIr TransplantatIon

Organic Hair Transplantation begins by obtaining 

cells from the patient’s own fat tissue, 

which are enriched with stem cells via special 

procedures. The stem-cell rich liquid is 

then injected into the surface of the scalp right 

before the hair transplantation operation.

You’ve almost certainly heard of Pilates, 

but you may not know exactly what it is. 

The series of precise, controlled exercises 

was developed by a German man, Joseph Pilates, 

as a way of overcoming his own physical shortcomings, 

caused by childhood ailments. And just 

because you recently heard about Pilates within 

the last few years doesn’t mean it is a new form of 

exercise. In fact, it’s pretty old – as in almost 100 

years. Joseph Pilates called his method of exercise 

‘Contrology’ at first. However, later it became 

known as his name ‘Pilates’. He started out as a 

kid with medical problems and developed a series 

of exercises in which he attributes to his healing 

and longevity. Later, Joseph Pilates trained and 

rehabilitated soldiers, martial artist and boxers. 

Joseph Pilates immigrated to the US in the 1920s 

and opened a studio in New York, where his method 

quickly became popular among the dance 

community. He continued to develop and advance 

the Pilates method until his death in 1967. 

You have to find the right teacher! 

It’s essential you find a well-qualified, expert teacher. 

If you have specific problems, it’s better to 

have an individual lesson or go to a smaller class 

where you can get personal attention. If the teacher’s 

style doesn’t work for you, change your 

teacher instead of giving up on pilates. There are 

many different styles of Pilates. Some people criticize 

the new forms for not being true to Joseph 

Pilates’ original methods, but it doesn’t have to be 

‘classic’ Pilates to be good. If Joseph Pilates was 

still alive today he would be doing some things 

differently. After all, Pilates is all about achieving 

the right method in your exercise. It is not just 

about moving the limbs around in different motion. 

Pilates is all about precise movements and 

it demands a lot of concentration. Pilates is based 

on the belief that ‘the way exercises are done is 

more important than the exercises themselves’. 

Pilatesi mutlaka duymuşsunuzdur ama tam olarak 

nasıl bir spor olduğunu bilmiyor olabilirsiniz. 

Bu ciddi ve kontrollü egzersizler serisi, çocukluğundan 

beri kendisini rahatsız eden fiziksel

Joseph Pilates tarafından geliştirildi. Belki Pilatesi 

yeni yeni duyuyor olabilirsiniz ama aslında 

oldukça eski bir spor diyebiliriz. Neredeyse 100 

yıllık bir geçmişi var.Joseph Pilates bu egzersiz 

metodunu ‘Kontroloji’ olarak isimlendirdiyse de 

sonraları kendi ismi olan “Pilates” ile anılmaya 

başlandı. Joseph Pilates hastalıkları olan bir çocukluk 

geçirdikten sonra kendi sağlığını iyileştirmek 

ve ömrünü uzatabilmek için bu egzersizleri 

geliştirdi. Daha sonraları, askerleri, dövüş sanatları 

uzmanlarını ve boksörleri eğitmeye başladı. 

1920lerde Amerika’ya göç ederek New York’ta 

bir stüdyo açtığında bu ilginç egzersiz metotları 

dans toplulukları arasında oldukça popüler hale 

geldi. Pilates metodunu 1967’da ölümüne kadar 

geliştirmeye ve ilerletmeye devam etti.

Eğitimli ve uzman bir eğitmen bulmanız çok 

önemli. Eğer belli bölgelere odaklanan problemleriniz 

varsa kişiye özel dersler almanız veya 

daha küçük gruplardan oluşan derslere gitmeniz 

sizin için daha iyi olacaktır. Eğer eğitmeninizden 

memnun kalmazsanız, pilatesi değil eğitmeninizi 

bırakmanızı öneriyoruz. Çok farklı tarzlarda Pilates 

metotları var. Bazıları bu yeni pilates formlarının 

Joseph Pilates’in orijinal metotlarından 

farklı olduğu için eleştirse de Pilates’in iyi bir 

etki vermesi için klasik metotları kullanmak şart 

değil. Eğer Joseph Pilates bugün yaşıyor olsaydı

Breathing is the key! 

Pilates involves slow movement and a series of exercises along 

with attention to proper breathing techniques. However, don’t 

think about much about getting the breathing techniques right; 

the main thing is that you breathe rather than hold your breath. 

Any form of Pilates will not be complete without mindful breathing 

in and breathing out. 

Patience is important! 

Pilates takes time and patience. It’s a process. Would you expect 

to be good at any sport the first time you tried? There are certain 

terms you will learn like ‘c’ curve and ‘neutral spine’. Suddenly 

someone is asking you to move in a new way and it’s not so 

easy. Pilates is a lifelong exercise. To get the best effects, you 

need to give it time and commitment. And don’t try to improve 

too quickly. Enjoy just being a student. 

Pilates is the way you move from one exercise to the next. It is 

the control, the grace, the elegance, the precision of the exercise. 

Just like Joseph Pilates said, “A few well-designed movements, 

properly performed in a balanced sequence, are worth 

hours of doing sloppy calisthenics or forced contortion.”

Sabır erdemdİr! 

Pilates, zaman ve sabır ister. Zamanla ve pratikle öğrenilmesi 

gereken “C-kıvrımı” ve “nötr omurga” gibi belli başlı detayların 

olduğunu keşfedeceksiniz. Birdenbire biri sizden daha önce 

hiç yapmadığınız hareketleri yapmanızı isteyecek ve hiç de 

kolay olmadığını fark edeceksiniz. Herhangi bir sporu ilk denediğinizde 

hemen başarılı olmayı bekler misiniz? Pilates, bir 

ömür boyu devam edecek bir spor. En iyi sonuçlar elde etmek

The 13th Annual AMWC (Anti-Aging 

Medicine World Congress) was organized 

in Monte-Carlo under the auspices 

of His Serene Highness Prince Albert II of 

Monaco. Invited as the only Turkish speaker 

to this congress, Dr. Bülent Cihantimur was 

previously honored with the “Golden Bistoury 

Award” in 2014 during the 3rd Annual 

World Plastic Surgery Congress in Monaco. 

This award was given to recognize his brilliant 

presentation regarding the “Genital Beautification” 

technique and the new approach he 

has brought to the plastic surgery world. This 

year over 6000 professionals attended the 

Anti-Aging Medicine World Congress, which 

over the course of the past 13 years, has made 

grand contributions to the techniques used in 

anti-aging operations around the world. The 

congress provides a highly active and scientific 

platform for thoughtful discussion and development. 

This year, the congress welcomed 

much participation from members of the Turkish 

medical community. The presentation 

about “Incisionless Otoplasty” made by Dr. 

Cihantimur under the theme “Plastic Surgery 

of the Future” attracted an immense amount 

of attention throughout the entire congress.

We all know that young and old people 

alike, mostly subconsciously, 

do not like prominent ears that 

shadow facial beauty and self-confidence. 

There are many people who say they could 

not get rid of their prominent ears because 

of lack of time, not daring to have a surgical 

operation, or not being able to part from their 

social worlds for a long time during the recovery. 

Women are unhappy because they can’t 

tie back their hair up as they want to; men 

complain that their big ears cause problems 

in relationships; and kids are sad from being 

a laughing subject between friends. Incisionless 

Otoplasty technique gives comfort to

with tiny stitch points, this operation does not

a “six-pack,” lean and visibly fit 

abdominal muscles is considered one of the 

most desirable aesthetic look in both men 

and women. Cosmetic surgery can help 

those who don’t have time to work out or 

simply couldn’t reach their goals in achieving 

the attractive six-pack.

Built according to the natural and ecological 

structure of the Harran region, 

the mudbrick houses shelter over 100 

women and their children who suffered from 

domestic violence.Dr. Bülent Cihantimur visited 

the village on 8th March International Women’s 

Day. In the village, several different projects 

are realized for women who are divorced, 

having financial difficulties, suffered from domestic 

violence, or deserted to be able to earn 

their own income and stand their own on feet. 

Dr. Bülent Cihantimur said that the village will 

be a great exemplary project for the world and 

our country and I hope these projects increase 

for women who suffer from the same problems, 

and he continued: “I am calling men to support 

this great effort of survival. While we aim to 

make women more beautiful and to bring them 

a more comfortable body; I condemn those 

who subject such physical and psychological 

violence towards women and I would like to 

state that we, as Estetik International, will do 

everything we can to support them. The elegance 

of women will shape the social life and help 

us to reach a brighter future. I congratulate all 

women in this meaningful day and wish them 

to be strong on this fight and most importantly 

I am also calling men to support this great effort 

of survival.”

için farklı projelere yer veriyor. Köyün dünyaya

bu tarz çalışmaların çoğalmasını arzu ettiklerini 

dile getiren Op. Dr. Bülent Cihantimur yaptığı

anguished massacres, and nationalist 

movements; in short, the country gained 

its so-called freedom through painful experiences 

and is just now trying to stand up on 

its own feet. “I am thinking about the meaning 

of being a citizen of the world; should 

we turn our face to the developed countries 

like everybody else or to more needy places 

such as Africa? Should we analyze the known 

stories or hidden life experiences? The suffering 

regions like Africa make us re-consider 

our every step in life and be thankful.” These 

are the words used to express his feelings as 

Dr. Cihantimur visited and played with children 

in the local Burkina Faso orphanage.

Invited as a judge for the international “Best Model of 

the World” Competition, which was organized for the 

27th time this year, renowned surgeon Dr. Bülent Cihantimur, 

along with other distinguished judges, evaluated 

models who represented 90 countries. Held at a hotel 

in Taksim, Istanbul, the “Best Model of the World” contest 

was hosted with a record participation number this 

year. This year’s best model were selected and evaluated 

by the judges who were especially chosen in honor of Erkan

of the World” competition, which is one of 

the most influencing and attention grabbing 

events throughout the world, Dr. Bülent Cihantimur 

evaluated the contestants through 

the eyes of an expert and experienced plastic 

surgeon. Organized under the leadership of 

the famous French fashion designer Stephane 

Rollande, the “Best Model of the World” winners 

were Caner Tanrıverdi from Turkey and 

Ema Diago from Angola.

Kenya 

The Safari Tour in Kenya where you will see the wild 

world without any hindrance lifts the television screen 

between you and the most famous documentary narrators. 

For the most people, Africa means the Savannah forests of 

little trees and bushes or Masai Mara and Serengeti plains where 

we frequently see on documentaries. Africa mostly evokes 

hot and drought climates. Although it is rightful assumption, 

however there are a few places where you can see the fascinating 

beauty of green nature and colorful flowers. That is why 

some people call Africa the “green heart of nature”. You will 

experience your first safari at Masai Mara where you will stay 

three nights after Nairobi. During this safari, you will have the 

opportunity of seeing the maximum number of animal species 

that you can see in a national park as well as photographing 

them with the guidance of Süha Derbent. In the second day, you 

will go out on a very early safari in order to watch the awakening 

of nature and animals. During these safaris, you will take 

the photography shots of your dreams with the supervision of 

Süha Derbent who trained for wild life. 

KENYA 

Vahşi doğaya yakından tanıklık edebileceğiniz Kenya’da Safari 

Turu, belgesellerin yıldızlarıyla aranızdaki televizyon ekranını 

kaldırıyor. Afrika doğası deyince öncelikle herkesin aklına küçük 

ağaçlardan ve çalılardan oluşan savan ormanları veya belgesellerde 

bolca gördüğümüz Masai Mara veya Serengeti düzlükleri gelir. 

Afrika çoğunlukla kurak ve sıcak olarak anımsanır. Bu genelde 

doğru da olsa tam aksine doğanın büyüleyici güzelliği- ni görmek 

de mümkündür. Çok az yerde görebi- leceğiniz yemyeşil doğanın, 

rengarenk çiçeklerin bulunduğu yerler de vardır. Hatta bu yüzden

otelinize transferiniz sonrası üç gece kala- cağınız Masai Mara’ya

“Out of Africa” was filmed after a 6-hour trip on land. Lake 

Nakuru takes the color of pink time to time because of its nearly 

600.000 flamingos.

In the last day of Masai Mara, right after the breakfast, you 

will have the opportunity of visiting a Masai village where 

you can closely see, live and photograph the native people 

and their native life. The next day, you will arrive to the 

Lake Nakuru where the movie “Out of Africa” was filmed 

after a 6-hour trip on land. Lake Nakuru takes the color of 

pink time to time because of its nearly 600.000 flamingos. 

In the Lake Nakuru where you will stay two nights, leopards, 

lions, buffalos, baboons, hyenas, jackals, flamingos, 

pelicans, kingfishers, and several eagle types are waiting for 

you. Here you will see lions under green trees, which is an 

extremely rare sight. The next day, you will go to an exploration 

to see leopards in Nakuru which has the most beautiful 

and greatest trees on earth. In the second safari tour right 

after lunch, Süha Derbent will show you the tips of taking 

breathtaking photographs of different wild animals.

How many times did you wake up at 05:30am, take a sip of 

your freshly brewed hot coffee with some cookies or biscuits 

in the serene breeze of the morning and then go into

Johannesburg and 200km west from Maputo of Mozambique, 

Sabi Sabi is one of the unspoiled parts of the South Africa. Sabi 

Sabi safari camp is located at the Kruger National Park, nearby 

Mozambique. The safari will start with watching the magical 

rise of the sun in Africa and continue for approximately four 

hours. You will see that all the animals are awake right before 

the first lights of the sun. These hours are particularly ideal to 

see the wild big cats. After the safari, you will feel the wilder 

face of the forest through the intense smell of earth because 

of the dampening weather. If you are lucky enough, you can 

even watch a family of lions hunting a few meters before you. 

Before the second safari that you will go in the evening, your 

ranger will ask you what you would like to have for a drink in 

the forest. Because when you take a break in the evening, you 

will watch the sunset in the Africa savannah together with wild 

animals and take a sip from your favorite drink. Until the sun 

is set, you will have the opportunity of watching the African 

mammals such as lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, hippopotamus, 

and buffalos and a wide array of bird species.

Rwanda has one of the best rain forests that you will ever see 

in your entire life. Fascinating and mysterious Nyungwe rain

visit from the green tea fields to amazing trees looking 

like a giant broccoli. After photographing this unique view

the mountain gorillas which share 97% of our DNA. There are

Wild life photographer Süha Derbent is one of the eight people 

who photographed seven big cats living in earth. Since 2012, 

Derbent gives a consultancy service on wild life photography, 

travel organization, travel health, and animal behavior under the 

Sedventure brand with the collaboration of Setur. With Sedventure, 

he organizes customizable travels to the several wild life 

areas of the world for small groups or exclusively for you. 

Vahşi yaşam fotoğrafçısı Süha Derbent, yeryüzünde yaşayan 

yedi büyük kediyi fotoğraflayan sekiz kişiden biri. Derbent

ESTETİK INTERNATIONAL EKİBİ IMCAS’DA 

Organized during the month of February in Paris, IM- 

CAS 2015 was held as a great organization of 6000 

participants and 400 speakers from 80 countries. At 

the congress, which the Estetik International Health Group 

attended as a team, surgeon Dr. Bülent Cihantimur gave a 

speech about the techniques of Spider Web plastic surgery, 

which he developed himself, Correction of Bowed Legs, and 

Genital Beautification, which had previously been awarded 

the Golden Bistoury Award in Monaco. 

Paris’te Şubat ayında gerçekleşen IMCAS Kongresi, 80 

farklı ülkeden, 6000’e yakın katılımcının ve 400 konuşmacının 

yer aldığı muhteşem bir organizasyonla gerçekleşti. 

Bu sene Estetik International Sağlık Grubu’nun 

ekip olarak yer aldığı kongrede, Op. Dr. Bülent Cihantimur, 

kendi geliştirdiği Örümcek Ağı Estetiğini, Çarpık 

Bacak Estetiğini ve Monaco’da aldığı Altın Bistüri 

ödüllü Genital Güzelleştirme tekniklerini anlattı.

Seminars on Non-Surgical Cosmetic 

Procedures captured great attention 

Developed in the Estetik International Laboratories under 

the supervision of Dr. Bülent Cihantimur, these techniques 

were the most outstanding and attention grabbing highlights 

of the congress. Opening the congress with a demonstration 

of the non-surgical Genital Beautification technique, which 

is considered the future of plastic surgery, Dr. Cihantimur’s 

presentation was watched with great interest. During the next 

day’s presentation, he talked about the Correction of Bowed 

Legs, in which the Cihantimur Fat Transfer Technique is 

used. He pointed out the advantages of his technique, which 

is non-surgical and takes less time, thus eliminating the 

possible risks inherent to most conventional surgeries. The 

closing presentation of the congress was also made by Dr. 

Bülent Cihantimur, in which he demonstrated the method of 

non-surgical skin tightening known as the Spider Web Technique. 

This surgical procedure can be used on face, breasts, 

abdomen, arms and legs. In addition to these enlightening 

presentations, Dr. Cihantimur also served as the overseeing 

chairman of two of the congress’ sessions. 

The Estetik International team attended presentations 

and workshops 

The congress boasted several informational sessions and seminars, 

many often held simultaneously. During the course 

of the congress, plenty of valuable information was shared 

and various trainings were provided in a comprehensive exhibition 

area. Dr. Nihal Çalışkan Ergen and sales manager 

Salih Budak from the Estetik International Health Group attended 

the presentations and workshops regarding their respective 

areas of work. 

Ameliyatsız Estetik Uygulamaları yine dikkatleri

karın, kol ve bacak gibi bölgelere uygulanabilen Örümcek

farklı oturumda da başkanlık görevini yerine getirdi.

In this modern world, where time is the 

most valuable possession, we are developing 

quicker and safer techniques that are 

non-surgical and prevent the possible risks 

of surgical operations. One of these marvelous 

techniques is the Spider Web Aesthetic 

Operation. In 2011, renowned surgeon Dr. 

Bülent Cihantimur embarked on a journey of 

naming and presenting to the world a technique 

that he had been working on for a long 

time. He thought the name should be reminiscent 

of nature; it should give you the feeling 

of power, making you imagine, upon hearing 

it, the benefits that it will offer you. While 

still pondering this, Dr. Cihantimur woke up 

one morning to see a spider’s web in the corner 

of his window—it was perfect, tiny, and 

very intricate. He realized that a spider’s web 

carries all the characteristics that he wanted 

embodied for the name of his new technique. 

Inspired by the resistant, perfect and flexible 

structure against the wind and the sun (all 

great wonders of nature,) the “Spider Web” 

name was adopted for what was soon to be 

the most popular, non-surgical, thread-lifting

BCBG MAX AZRIA 

Max Azria was born in the port city of Sfax, Tunisia, and he was 

recently honored at that country’s fashion week, where he staged 

a show celebrating BCBG Max Azria’s 25th anniversary. So it is 

fitting that this collection is all about Azria’s Tunisian heritage. “I 

can almost smell the jasmine in here,” said Lubov Azria, the brand’s 

chief creative officer, amid the scarf skirts, embroidered tunics, and 

capes inspired by Hammamet, the magical beachside town where 

Elsa Schiaparelli owned a home and Paul Klee painted.

BURBERRY PRORSUM 

Christopher Bailey’s favorite inspirations seem to be gentle manifestations 

of British culture: handcrafts, mournful balladeers, watercolors, 

village greens… There is poetry in the faded colors and 

hand-drawn titles of those old book covers, made manifest in this 

collection, where almost everything was decorated with words. Bad 

weather may be the great British cliché, but it’s been a blessing for 

Bailey. “The magic and mayhem of British rain” scrolled across one 

item; “Rain or Shine” across another.

CHLOE 

Of all the big French fashion houses, Chloé is perhaps the most 

humane. The core of the brand’s identity is ease and joie de 

vivre. Chloé’s collection is influenced by the work of architect 

Charles-Édouard Jeanneret-Gris, better known as Le Corbusier. 

Waight Keller blended Le Corbusier’s graphic exteriors 

with fluid shapes and sensual tactility. The long, flowing wrap 

skirts will find a lot of fans; as well as the slouchy tweed tops 

and duster-length coat with exaggerated lapels. In this collection, 

Waight Keller plays with proportion, proposing lean, attenuated 

tops worn over loose skirts that drifted just above the 

ankle; she opened up the volume again at the sleeve.

GUCCI 

For this collection, Frida Giannini, designer of Gucci, partnered 

with the artist Kris Knight on a floral print featuring plants that 

have historically been used by women to seduce, command power 

over men, and otherwise provide protection. “I went beyond the 

flower box and picked botanicals that either blossomed at night, 

dawn, or dusk, but also chose plants that have strong roots for 

adaptability, persistence, and resistance in harsh environments,” 

Knight said.

LANVIN 

Recently, Alber Elbaz, the lovable designer of Lanvin, said 

that “Fashion should be a factory of dreams.” And right 

before the show he added, “Fashion is not about perfection, 

fashion is about life. It is a factory of needs.” Like his designer 

peers, Elbaz faces keen time pressures. He remarked 

that he had spent several days in Florence choosing fabrics 

before coming to New York, and that he was “already 

late” with his sketches for Spring. In this collection, Elbaz 

embraced both, featuring a brightly color-blocked silk shift 

dress and a peachy silk illusion neckline gown side-by-side 

with a sleeveless black “tux” and a black lace jumpsuit. 

Lanvin’in sevimli tasarımcısı Alber Elbaz yakın zamanda, 

“Moda, bir rüyalar fabrikası olmalı” demişti. Bu defilenin 

hemen öncesindeyse ekledi, “Moda kusursuzluk değildir, moda 

yaşamdır. Bir ihtiyaçlar fabrikasıdır.” Tıpkı diğer tasarımcılar

15. Yıl Dönümü 

Giving the opening speech of the Estetik International 15th 

Anniversary event, Dr. Bülent Cihantimur talked about 

his childhood dreams and memories and how they served 

as the inspiration leading to the founding of Estetik International. 

Of course, the organization was not created without first a lot 

of willpower and strong dreams, and it is for these reason that 

Dr. Cihantimur reminded all in attendance that nothing great will 

happen just coincidentally. Emphasizing that it took a whole year

In order to be a successful businesswoman, 

you need to be consistent and brave. Your 

confidence in yourself, your projects and 

your team should never change and you 

should never be afraid of taking big steps. 

Don’t hold back because of men when you 

plan something new. You know that we have 

many advantages over them (she laughs). 

You should always be careful. You need to 

learn to turn every opportunity into your advantage. 

Embrace brand new ideas and improve 

them; and my favorite part- take branding 

as a business of its own. One needs to be 

brave, innovative and productive. These are 

my secrets. Or maybe the sine qua nons of a 

business plan. 

You began your career in the textile and 

fashion industries, but I know that, as a 

child, you had a wide range of interests— 

from sports to music. How did these diverse 

interests affect your childhood dreams 

and how do they affect your goals today? 

I still have many dreams—I certainly did not 

leave them behind in childhood. I have different 

dreams now than I did then though. At 

the beginning, I wanted to be a pianist while

ve işte benim en sevdiğim bölüm, işinizde 

markalaşmayı önemli ölçüde bir iş kolu haline 

getirmek. Cesaretli, yenilikçi ve üretken 

olmak gerek. Benim sırlarım bunlar. Aslında 

sırlar değil, iş hayatında olması gereken unsurlar 

desek daha mı doğru olur? 

İş hayatına tekstil ve moda ile adım attınız 

ancak, çocukken spordan müziğe pek çok 

alana ilginiz olduğunu biliyorum. Bu çok 

yönlülük, çocukluk hayallerinizi ve bugünün

later on I dreamt of building a chocolate factory. I even made a 

feasibility plan and shared it with my father. When I think about 

it, I can say that even as a child I had an entrepreneurial soul. I 

embrace that innovative spirit. Most of the time, one cannot not 

realize their childhood dreams. As you grow older and become 

more experienced, you tend to have more serious dreams and goals 

and as you achieve these goals, you continue to set new ones. 

The biggest concern for most women is not being able to simultaneously 

balance the duties of running a business and 

motherhood. You have proven this to be possible however 

through your happy marriage, three beautiful children, and 

your busy and accomplished business life. How have you 

made all of this work together? 

Thank you. I try to say this everywhere and every 

time: I am an early bird. I stick to an agenda and I 

plan everything beforehand. My priorities are always 

set. If you know how to use your time wisely, you 

can spend it with your family, friends, and business 

life. This makes you content and being content enables 

you to make the right decisions and be successful 

(smiles.) 

Do you have any rules that allow you to save some 

time just for yourself, like “I need to work at this 

time, but afterwards I need some rest…?” 

No, I do not have such rules. I just stick to my schedule. 

I always spare my weekends for my family. As 

I said, since I begin the day early, my working hours 

start early as well. 

After Harvey Nichols and Brandroom, you plan to 

open Paris’ enchanting Galleries Lafayette chain in 

Turkey. To our understanding, the first branch will be opened in 

a shopping mall. 

Do you plan to establish a Galleries Lafayette building in the 

future, and how will it differ from the other chain stores in 

Turkey? 

We recently announced through a press meeting that the famous 

French department store chain Galleries Lafayette will indeed 

enter the Turkish market with Demsa Group, in partnership with 

Mr. Cengiz. At the breakfast given for the French CEO, Turkey’s 

Economy Minister Zafer Çağlayan attended along with French 

Foreign Trade Minister Nicole Brick. Brick said she was happy 

that Demsa Group was opening Galleries Lafayette in Istanbul 

and that she would be eager to attend the opening. They have 

desired a presence in Istanbul for a long time now and wanted to 

work with us. We as Demsa Group made an expansive evaluation 

and then started the partnership. We hope it will be favorable for 

Turkey.

çok mutlu olduğunu belirterek açılışa katılmayı arzu ettiğini 

söyledi. Teklif onlardan geldi. Uzun süredir İstanbul’da olmayı 

arzu ediyorlarmış. Partner olarak bizleri uygun görmüşler. Biz 

de Demsa Group olarak ciddi bir çalışma ve değerlendirme sonucunda

One can see the Sabancı family’s love for art through the 

amazing collection at Atlı Köşk. As far as I know, you have 

plans to open a museum for the Demsa collection. Can you 

share the details of this project? What are you favorite art 

branches and artists? 

Yes, we have museum project indeed. We are working carefully 

and trying to finish it before the end of 2015. I hope it will serve 

as a place of enjoyment for the art lovers of Istanbul. We would 

like it to shed some light on painting and Turkish-Islamic arts. It 

will be a unique collection with more than 200 artists, more than 

2000 paintings, and 400 pieces of Ottoman calligraphy, mandate, 

Hilye and Quran art. It is a beautiful and exciting project. We’re 

working with the Pritzker Award-winner Zaha Hadid in order to 

present this Turkish art with such deep roots soon.

Evet, müze projemiz var. Bir aksilik çıkmaz ise 2015 sonuna 

yetiştirmeye çalışıyoruz. Yoğun ve titiz çalışmalarımız sürüyor. 

Umarım İstanbullu sanatseverlerin de beğeneceği bir yer olur. 

Özellikle resim ve Türk İslam eserleri sanatına ışık tutacağına 

inandığımız bir proje olacaktır. Başlangıcından günümüze kadar 

gelen 200’ün üzerinde sanatçı, 2.000 adedin üzerinde kalıcı resim 

ve 400 adetlik Osmanlı hat, ferman, hilye-i şerif ve Kuran-ı 

Kerim koleksiyonuyla hakikaten farklı bir noktada olacağımız 

kanaatindeyiz. Çok heyecan verici ve güzel bir proje. Köklü bir 

geçmişe sahip olan Türk sanatını, dünü ve bugünü ile yakın bir 

tarihte sunabilmek amacıyla, Pritzker ödüllü mimar Zaha Hadid, 

çalışmalarına devam etmekte.

The products to enable the skin suntan and remaining with 

suntanned skin are one of the demands often faced by ladies. 

What criterions did you consider while selecting your products? 

My vision was making women happy with my experiences and 

knowledge while founding my company Star Shop three years 

ago. We continue to follow this vision. As you know, the suntan 

is one of the subjects that I specialized in. It had been coded 

into my brain while I was sunbathing with my mother and her 

friends through the reflectors when I was very young. Moreover 

some of my friends tell that I am the responsible ministry of state 

for suntan, I am the woman having the longest suntan hours of 

the world. Actually all these told are right and I use these information 

in order to conscious the sun lovers at suntan subject. I 

considered the safe suntan firstly while designing our products. 

The vitamins A and E, feeding the skin, argan oil are available in 

all of my bronzers (in my statement, in my babies). I supported 

my bronzers with an ice effective cooling gel moistening the skin 

with the small balls of vitamin E and suntan protective lotion including 

shea oil. My suggestion for a perfect suntan is definitely 

passing to Bronzer Protective Oil and Intensive Bronzer Oil by 

Eda Taşpınar during starting to sunbath with the high protective 

oil of any other mark. 

Can we say that the Sea and Sun Lovers “can spend a summer

Eda TAŞPINAR’IN BRONZLAŞMA FORMULÜ 

• It is important to be ready for summer if you would like to walk 

on the beach wiggly. It is necessary for us to consume the carbon 

hydrate and protein in balance for the right feeding, to avoid 

from the desserts, particularly the chocolate. I know that this last 

part is quite hard for all of us. : ) 

• The exercise is essential while getting ready for summer. It 

matters greatly to spend time ourselves and to start walking and 

then increasing our levels and passing to running and orienting 

to the actions to work the whole body at gym, to exercise functionally. 

• The place for you to select in order to sunbath on the beach is 

important. You should prefer any place dominating the whole 

beach, where you can see everybody but everybody cannot see 

you easily. 

• It is important what you read while sunbathing, you should 

prefer the books having the subjects to involve you. Prefer the 

relaxing music not to tire you in your ears throughout the day. 

• You do not need to lie down on the beach for a magical suntan 

all day. It is possible for you to obtain the permanent suntan 

slowly. Prefer the morning hours and hours after noon mostly, 

you also have time to spend with your friends, to sport thanks 

to it. 

• Do not forget drinking water plentifully if you lose water in the 

period you sunbath. 

• Pay attention of the smell of the sun oil used by you while selecting 

it. It is important to leave a nice small behind you when 

you walk on the beach. Do not forget that the human’s brain 

never forget the smell regardless the time. 

• The combination of your selections of bikinis, pareos (beach 

dresses), eyeglasses, handbags is important while going to the 

beach. Look at the mirror after you dressed, take out the one 

came to your eye firstly because the one came to your eye firstly 

is absolutely excess. My sandals are essential for me while going 

to the beach in summer. 

• Plajda salına salına yürümek istiyorsanız, yaza hazırlık önemlidir.

My daughter Denislava was born as a conjoined twin. We have conducted

I mostly suffered from the expression of tiredness and unhappiness of my face. Through the Spider Web 

Aesthetic procedure and fat injections, my face changed drastically. The contours of my face and lips 

formed a “V” shape and became more defined like Dr. Cihantimur always said. Furthermore, thanks to 

a surgery called the Simple Nose procedure by Estetik International, which did not involve any foreign 

object injections, the problems with my nose were fixed. Additionally, fat was injected around my eyes.

I also do modeling in addition to my basketball career. I first noticed my problem 

with hair shedding in my early 20’s. The hair loss spread from my forehead to the top 

parts of my head within a rather quick amount of time. After conducting some initial 

research, I realized that the results of hair transplantation procedure showed the most 

success and effectiveness to fight the problem of alopecia. And the new Organic Hair 

Transplantation technique had all the advantages I wanted. I wasn’t wrong, the result

We all know you but could you please tell about you shortly? 

Certainly, I was born in Azerbaijan in 1987. I completed my 

post graduate education from the Radio Television department. 

Also I presented the morning programs for 4 years. I participated 

in Miss Azerbaijan in the year 2007, Best Model Azerbaijan in 

2010. I became the 2nd one of Best Model of The World in 91 

countries in the competition held in Bulgaria. I came to Turkey 

with the invitation of Erkan Özerman. I previously modelled in 

Shanghai in China and took a part in the fashion shows of the 

different world designers. Then I started to work in the modelling 

agencies in Turkey. In fact my granddad, grandmother and my 

mother are at academicians at geography and science at university, 

as I have told not long ago, my job, the department that I 

studied is different but here the incidences got after each other 

and I started to model. I also started to go on the stage after I had 

the acting lesson in addition to that. I undertook the leading role 

of a series broadcasted in Russia 1 TV, the first Channel of Russia. 

Meanwhile I had opportunity to work with many estimable 

performers, directors and performer coaches. I also continue the 

same tempo in here now, also I have a 3 years old son, I spend 

most of my time in the live stages, fashion shows and of course 

with my son. 

Günay you had experienced a magnificent change, you look 

very well. 

Thank you very much. Of course on the other hand I do not neglect 

not to take care of myself while doing all these because I try 

not to neglect my care, either, after everything I made for my job, 

continuous fashion shows. Which is why I can say that Estetik 

International is my 2. house. I feel very comfortable and well in 

Estetik International and Op. Dr. Bülent Cihantimur has a great 

contribution in it. 

Hepimiz sizi tanıyoruz ama bize kısaca kendinizi anlatır mısınız? 

Elbette, 1987 Azerbaycan doğumluyum. Radyo Televizyon bölümünden 

lisansüstü eğitimimi tamamladım. Aynı zamanda 4 sene 

sabah programları sundum. 2007 senesinde Miss Azerbaijan, 

2010’da Best Model Azerbaijan’a katıldım. Bulgaristan’da yapılan 

yarışmada ise 91 ülke içinde Best Model Of The World 2.si 

oldum. Türkiye’ye Erkan Özerman’ın davetiyle geldim. Daha 

öncesinde de Çin’de Shangay’da modellik yaparak, farklı dünya 

tasarımcılarının defilerinde yer almıştım. Sonra Türkiye’de 

modellik ajanslarında çalışmaya başladım. Aslında ailemde dedem, 

anneannem ve annem coğrafya ve fen üzerinde üniversitede 

akademisyenler, az evvel dediğim gibi benim de mesleğim, 

okuduğum bölüm farklı ama işte tesadüfler birbirini kovaladı ve 

modellik yapmaya başladım. Buna ek olarak şimdi oyunculuk 

dersi aldıktan sonra, oyunculuk da yapmaya başladım. Rusya’nın 

1. Kanalı Russia 1 TV’de yayınlanan bir dizinin başrolünü üstlendim. 

Bu sırada çok değerli oyuncu, yönetmen ve oyuncu koçlarıyla 

çalışma fırsatım oldu. Aynı tempoyu burada da devam 

ettiriyorum şimdi, ayrıca 3 yaşında bir oğlum var, zamanımın 

çoğunluğu setlerde, defilelerde ve tabi ki oğlumla geçiyor. 

Günay Hanım muhteşem bir değişim yaşamışsınız, çok iyi 

görünüyorsunuz. 

Çok teşekkür ederim. Tabi tüm bunları yaparken bir taraftan da 

kendime de bakmayı ihmal etmiyorum çünkü sürekli defileler 

mesleğim gereği yaptığım her şey sonrasında, bakımımı da ihmal 

etmemeye çabalıyorum. İşte bu yüzden Estetik International 

benim 2. evim diyebilirim. Kendimi Estetik International’da 

çok rahat ve iyi hissediyorum ve bunun Op. Dr. Bülent Cihantimur’un

What is the reason for you to prefer Op. Dr. Bülent Cihantimur 

and consequently Estetik International? 

He is a doctor whom I trust very much, I met with him when 

he was a jury at Best Model Of Turkey Competition. Sir Bulent 

seemed very different for me; he was not like a doctor but a 

beauty expert understanding the women, a life coach. He told 

that the beautiful women were his inspirer. After then I started 

to go to Estetik International regularly, for the skin care, Spider 

Web Aesthetic and different applications. Particularly his new 

techniques were always exciting my attention. My confidence 

and my respect increased once more. I trusted to the institution 

and him so much that my decision to have a nose operation continued 

for 5 minutes or so in average. 

You already had an officially registered beauty, why did you 

have a nose operation? 

Op. Dr. Bülent Cihantimur’u ve dolayısıyla Estetik International’ı 

tercih etme nedeniniz nedir? 

Çok güvendiğim bir doktordur, kendisiyle Best Model Of Türkiye 

yarışmasında jüriyken tanışmıştık ve saatlerce sohbet etmiştik. 

Bana çok farklı gelmişti Bülent Bey, bir doktor gibi değil, 

kadınları anlayan bir güzellik uzmanı, bir yaşam koçu gibiydi. İlham 

kaynağının güzel kadınlar olduğunu söylemişti. Sonrasında 

Estetik International’a düzenli olarak gitmeye başladım, cilt bakımı, 

Örümcek Ağı Estetiği ve farklı uygulamalar için. Özellikle 

yeni teknikleri her zaman ilgimi çekiyordu. Güvenim ve saygım 

bir kez daha arttı. Kuruma ve kendisine o kadar çok güvendim ki, 

burun operasyonunu yaptırma kararım ortalama 5 dakika falan 

sürdü. 

Tescilli bir güzelliğiniz var zaten, neden burun operasyonu 

yaptırdınız? 

We were starting to the series of Beyaz Karanfil (White Clove) 

in Atv channel and my director said if you nose’s end 

was a bit more lifted, as if it would be better. This 

subject was also already in my mind for a long time. 

One day I was in Estetik International for the skin 

care, it was about 6 o’clock in the evening and the 

photographs would be taken for the series’ signboard 

after 2 days. We said Well, come on let us do 

it. It is incredible, I had the operation, came to my 

house, neither any ache nor any swelling, nothing 

happened! 

What did you experience after operation? 

I had no ache and pain after the nose aesthetic. The 

reactions to me already caused me feel happily. I 

found myself in the live stage after 2 days. It troubled 

me a bit to convince people that I had an operation. 

I could convince them only by showing my old 

photographs. 

You also had the Spider Web Aesthetic, could you please 

mention about this application a bit? 

The Spider Web Aesthetic is the intention of Dr. Bülent and I am 

one of the ones who had it at first. It is a different skin care; I 

consider this application as a care. It makes the face quite young, 

clean and well-kept and also persevering. Sir Bülent also applies 

it to me once in 6 months and it makes me feel very well. My 

son and the ones around me wonder the change on me and they 

always compliment to me. In fact all these are related to the confidence 

to the one at you, otherwise every woman wants to look 

beautiful but it is obligatory to find the right doctor. Sir Bülent 

is creative at his job, loves his job. It is hard to make women 

happy; it is already a success to be able to succeed it. I celebrate 

him at this subject, fortunately I knew him.

Operasyon sonrası neler yaşadınız? 

Burun estetiği sonrası hiç ağrım sızım olmadı. 

Gelen tepkiler zaten mutlu hissetmeme 

neden oldu. 2 gün sonrasında kendimi sette 

buldum. Ameliyat olduğumu insanlara inandırmak 

biraz uğraştırdı. Ancak eski resimlerimi 

göstererek inandırabildim. 

Örümcek Ağı Estetiği de yaptırdınız, biraz da bu uygulamadan 

bahseder misiniz? 

Örümcek Ağı Estetiği Bülent Hoca’nın keşfi ve ben ilk yaptıranlardanım. 

Farklı bir cilt bakımı, ben bu uygulamayı bir bakım 

olarak görüyorum. Yüzü oldukça genç, temiz ve bakımlı ve ayrıca 

dirayetli yapıyor. 6 ayda bir Bülent Bey bana da uyguluyor ve 

kendimi çok iyi hissettiriyor. Oğlum ve çevremdekiler bendeki 

değişikliği merak ederler ve hep iltifat ederler. Aslında tüm bunlar 

karşındakine güvenle alakalı, yoksa her kadın güzel görünmek 

ister ama doğru doktoru bulmak şart. Bülent Bey mesleğinde 

yaratıcı, mesleğini seviyor. Kadınları mutlu etmek en zordur 

bunu başarabilmek zaten bir başarı. Bu konuda kendisini tebrik 

ediyorum, iyi ki onu tanımışım. 

Etrafınızdaki insanların tepkisi nasıl oldu? 

İnsanlar sende bir değişlik var çok güzelleşmişin diyorlardı.

What were the reactions of people around you? 

People were saying there is change on you, you had beautified 

much. Nobody was noticing that I had the Spider Web Aesthetic 

or a nose operation. I was saying myself as “I had the nose aesthetic”, 

nobody believed in me, because it was made such professionally 

that even it was not understood. The reactions to me 

after it, people’s conversations and this change in me in the good 

way, being welcomed with compliment by everybody made me 

extremely happy. 

What would you like to tell about Op. Dr. Bülent Cihantimur? 

I thank to him very much again from hence, God bless my master’s 

hands. He is really a beauty expert, a life coach! He has a 

different place in me and he is a very creative human having a 

very different brain. Needless to say, he is number one at his job 

and a surgeon whose every work forms very naturally. 

Do you think that this operation will contribute in your acting? 

You know that acting is such a job that you have to be very natural, 

ingenuous; you have to be natural even in the slightest mimic. 

I played the leading woman role both in the series and also 

in the political cinema film named Code Name is Trump, with a 

great budget, influenced mostly after the nose operation. Moreover 

I performed a spy of the National Security Organization in 2 

different characters who are closed and open. The greatest share 

belongs to Sir Bulent that I look as I wished in screen. Also I am 

also very curious about the new investigations of Sir Bulent. I 

come to Estetik International regularly in order to look beautiful, 

well-cared every time. All working team is such nice, merry and 

sympathetic so that we do not notice even how time is spent. It 

is a place created particularly for all women to feel comfortable, 

beautiful and good. I am appreciative to all of them and sir Bulent 

firstly as they cause/enable me feel good every time. 

Well, should women have aesthetic operations in your opinion? 

It mostly makes me happy to look as I lost nothing from my age 

whenever I looked at the mirror. My family lives abroad and it 

makes me very happy that they tell good things, the ones who 

saw me firstly do not believe that I am a mother and they compliment 

whenever I see them, you see therefore the human must 

lean towards aesthetic. But it is obligatory to deliver themselves 

to who really make their works well. You can deliver yourself if 

you find the right one. My recommendation is one address of me 

for years, Estetik International and Op. Dr. Bülent Cihantimur. I 

tried it and it worked, fortunately I am of this family.

çok ayrı bende ve farklı beyni olan, çok yaratıcı bir insan. Fazla 

söze gerek yok tanıdığım en farklı, mesleğinin bir numarası ve 

yaptığı her iş çok natürel oluşturan bir cerrah. 

Bu operasyonun oyunculuğunuza bir katkısı olacağını düşünüyor 

musunuz? 

Biliyorsunuz oyunculuk öyle bir meslek ki çok natürel, doğal olmak 

zorundasın en ufak bir mimik de bile doğal olmalısın. Ben 

burun ameliyatından sonra hem dizide hem de bu senenin en çok

jewels during the glamorous 50s and 60s, including Ava Gardner, 

Elizabeth Taylor and, of course, Italy’s most honored actress, Sophia 

Loren. Inspired by Liz Taylor’s make-up in the film ‘Cleopatra’, the 

jewels, including rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings and watches in

When Pan American World Airways made its first non-stop intercontinental 

flight between New York and Moscow in 1959, the watch used by 

the crew for navigation was a Rolex Oyster Perpetual GMT-Master chronometer. 

The GMT-Master, which provided a perfectly legible reading of 

the time in two different time zones simultaneously, would become the 

official watch of Pan Am, one of the most emblematic airlines of the Golden 

Age of civil aviation.

There was a blond little boy with a 

mischievous smile on his face wandering 

around, playing, and sometimes 

helping out in the kitchen of a pub and 

restaurant called “The Cricketers” owned 

by Trevor and Sally. When he became eleven, 

this little boy could cut vegetables like 

any other kitchen staff. When he was 16 he 

began attending the Westminster Catering 

College, and then went to France to learn 

as much as he could about food. Trevor and 

Sally’s restaurant is still in business; their 

son, who was helping out in the kitchen 

then, is now a restaurateur, entrepreneur, 

social activist, author, and globally renowned 

chef. Jamie Oliver is striking, fun, and 

interesting. He is far, far away from your 

usual “serious chef” image. Probably, this 

bright personality of his helped him win 

over millions’ hearts on television, inspire 

thousands to eat better and -most importantly- 

healthier, and encourage young people 

to learn about cooking professionally. 

When he was asked, “What is a luxury?” in 

an interview, he answered, “Education is.” 

This is not a surprising response when you 

think of his projects. One of his most admirable 

challenges is his training restaurant 

for young people who are not in full time 

education or employment. Jamie spent a 

year setting up a training scheme for the 

project and found a way to fund the restaurant 

and the charity. He turned this project 

into a television series called “Jamie’s Kitchen” 

where cameras followed Jamie as he 

attempted to train a group of fifteen disadvantaged 

youth, who — if they completed 

the course — were going to be offered jobs 

at Oliver’s new restaurant “Fifteen” which 

is also the supporting charitable foundation. 

The foundation’s mission is to inspire 

disadvantaged youth, including those with 

drug or alcohol problems, the unemployed 

and the homeless, to believe in themselves 

and the possibility of becoming chefs. The 

foundation aims to turn “Fifteen” into a 

global social enterprise brand. Of the ori-

school dinners in UK schools, Jamie went back 

to school with the purpose of educating and inspiring 

the kids and dinner ladies to enjoy cooking 

and eating healthy, nutritious lunches. As a result 

of his efforts, the government improved the standard 

of school meals. This project also became an 

award-winning series ‘Jamie’s School Dinners’. 

He has made several television series which 

brought him awards and wrote several bestseller 

books. He is still trying to ‘give something 

back’ to the world with new shows, seminars, 

projects, and books. In 2007 Jamie announced 

a new chain of “high street” Italian restaurants 

called ‘Jamie’s Italian’. It started with the meeting 

of two unique minds, when a young British 

chef and an eccentric Italian met back in the early 

90s. Jamie Oliver and Gennaro Contaldo bonded 

while cooking the beautiful Italian food that had 

inspired them both since childhood, and the seed 

of an idea was planted. Years later, having toured 

Italy and declared that he “should have been Italian”, 

the now-famous Jamie decided he wanted 

to share everything he knew about Italian cuisine 

with the rest of the world – the fresh, locally 

sourced ingredients; the bold and simple flavors; 

and the relaxed way of sharing dishes. With his 

old friend and trusted mentor Gennaro, Jamie 

planned to open a UK restaurant that reflected the 

passionate, humble and sociable attitude of Italians

Plaza de España is a semi-circular 

brick building, Renaissance/neo-Moorish 

in style, with a tower at either 

end. These towers which are located 

at the north and the south are major 

landmarks and tall enough to be visible 

around the city. In front of the 

building, following the curve of its façade, 

is a 500-metre canal crossed by 

four bridges, and in the center of it all 

is the Plaza itself. You can rent small 

boats to row in the canal - the Plaza is 

known as “the Venice of Seville”. A 

major tourist attraction, it is the finishing 

point of horse-and-carriage rides.

The Plaza is situated inside Maria Luisa Park, next to Avenida 

Isabella La Catolica, a pedestrianized avenue with ice-cream sellers 

and bike rental stands - this is the best way to reach the park, 

entering near the Teatro Lope de Vega and Fabrica de Tabaco. 

You also can reach the park from the Prado de San Sebastián 

(served by metro, bus and tram) on one side, or the river on the 

other. The building has a ground level portico and first-floor balustrade 

with balconies stretching along its length. For taking 

photos, the balconies are a prime spot. The magnificent central 

balcony is especially impressive. All along the wall by the canal 

are 48 alcoves, one for each province of Spain, and each with a 

relevant tableau and map, all designed on colorful azulejos (painted 

ceramic tiles). In a further regional reference, the four bridges 

represent the four ancient kingdoms of Spain: Castille, Aragon, 

Navarre and Leon.

The Plaza was built as the centerpiece of the 

Expo 29 in 1928, which took place in Maria 

Luisa Park. The architect Anibal Gonzalez designed 

the Plaza to wow the Expo’s other exhibitors, 

and visitors, from around Spain and 

Latin America, and to show Seville’s talents 

in industry and crafts. Colored ceramics feature 

heavily around Plaza de España, as well as 

the provincial alcoves, the walls, ornate bridges 

and balustrades. Today the building houses 

various government offices, including the 

one (near the North Tower, closer to Sevilla’s 

centre) where you go to get - apply for, and 

months later collect - your crucial ID document, 

the NIE (Numero de Identificacion de 

Extranjero), when you first arrive in Spain.
