in Monaco in regards to his presentation on
the “Genital Beautification” technique, Dr.
Bülent Cihantimur approaches vaginal aesthetics
from a different perspective: “The
Genital Beautification technique is a gift for
women, and this procedure will pave the way
among these countless taboos and give back
their much deserved value.”
Possible Problems in Genital Area
Parts of the birthing, sex and urinary systems
are very closely placed in the genital area.
Due to the effects of gravity, difficult deliveries,
hormonal changes, babies with high birthweight,
and aging, the parts in this area may
lose shape and from. Alternately, there may
be genetic or congenital problems in some
women. Sexual problems for women, however,
are usually considered psychological—
in most cases, women who gave birth or are
having aesthetic problems in the vaginal area
do not want to have a sexual relationship due
to insecurities. The causes for this lack of
confidence are usually a saggy labia that gets
irritated because of contact with lingerie, excess
fat in the mons pubis which sometimes
covers the clitoris, a darkened vulva because
of pigmentation, and maybe most importantly,
the loosened and enlarged vagina. When
this area loses its form, especially because of
unsupervised deliveries, it prevents both women
and men from enjoying sex. Add in all
the other possible causes of deformation and
the interest for a sexual relationship completely
disappears. It is also important to note
that urinary incontinence and other functional
defects may cause problems for women’s social
life.

Genital Bölgenin Olası Sorunları
Genital bölge içerisinde birbirine çok yakın
alanlarda, hem doğum, hem cinsellik, hem de
boşaltım sisteminin parçaları yer alıyor. Yerçekimi,
kontrolsüz geçen zor doğumlar, hormonal
değişim, yüksek doğum kilosuna sahip
bebekler ve yaşın ilerlemesiyle birlikte, bu
alan içerisine yakın duran uzuvlar form kaybı
yaşamaya başlıyorlar. Bazı kadınlarda doğuştan
gelen ya da genetik sebepli sorunlar da
olabiliyor. Kadınların cinsel hayatlarıyla ilgili
sorunları çoğu zaman psikolojik problemlere
bağlanır, oysaki özellikle doğum yapmış ve
vajina gölgesinde estetik sorunlar yaşayanlar,
özgüven eksikliğinden dolayı seks yapmaya
sıcak bakmıyorlar. Bu özgüven eksikliği estetik
görünmeyen, çoğu zaman iç çamaşıra sürtünerek
tahriş olan sarkık labia, Venüs tümseği
denilen ve klitorisin kapanmasına neden
olan alandaki yağ fazlalığı, pigmentasyon sorunu
yüzünden kararmış vulva ve belki de en
önemlisi, genişlemiş, formunu kaybetmiş vajina
bölgesi… Özellikle kontrolsüz doğumlar
sebebiyle sıkılığını kaybeden bu bölge, hem
erkeğin hem de kadının zevk almasına darbe
vuruyor ve diğer olası sebepler de eklenince
cinselliğe karşı olan ilgi kayboluyor. Ayrıca
idrar kaçırma ve diğer fonksiyon bozuklukları
da kadının sosyal yaşantı içerisinde çok
fazla sorun yaşamasına neden oluyor.
