construction disputes every year, and protracted proceedings inevitably disrupt parties' relationship. We therefore believe that
avoidance or early resolution of a potential construction dispute is much easier and cost-effective than resorting to costly and

early stage of construction plays a critical role for the successful completion of

CONSTRUCTION STAGE SERVICES
In managing project costs, we help clients achieve their cost targets by ensuring
that all actual changes are properly recorded and by monitoring cost performance
with effective project monitoring tools such as “Earned Value Analysis” to detect
any cost variances. Budget forecasting is an invaluable tool for early detection of
cost overruns, and with proper forecasting, we can assist our clients in identifying
the root causes of cost overruns.

baseline schedule. Our experts support our clients on preparation of contractually
