KONKA İNŞAAT
Konka Inşaat AŞ is a Turkey-incorporated construction
company whose origins date back to Necmeddin Özmen
Construction, a construction company established by
Necmeddin Özmen, a Turkish engineer, in 1964. The
company has operated in its current form since 1989.
Konka Inşaat AŞ has worked on countless construction
projects predominantly in the transportation,
infrastructure and energy sectors. Konka Inşaat AŞ is
currently working on two ongoing projects, the Kırşehir
Junction of the Ankara-Niğde Highway (please see page
three) and the Samsun Kuyma HEP Project, a foreignfinanced
hydroelectric dam construction project in
Samsun, Turkey. The company is managed by Seha
Özmen, a Turkish civil engineer and Konka Inşaat AŞ’s
sole board director.
