BAKLAVA
The name Baklava conjures up an image
of a mouthwatering delicacy steeped in the
goodness of the finest ingredients. Baklava
is a traditional dessert that was developed in
the kitchens of the Tokapi Palace in Isanbul,
Turkey where the Sultan presented trays of
Baklava to the Janissaries every 15th of the
month of Ramadan in a ceremonial process
called the Baklava Alayi. It is a common
dessert of the Iranian, Turkish, Arab and
the Middle Eastern Cuisine. This world
famous dessert is now brought to Mumbai.
We offer this sweet exotic dessert made
up of layers of crispy filo and a decadent
filling of fresh nuts and spices and drizzled
with a fragrant golden sugar syrup. For
those with a sweet tooth our Turkish Baklava
is the ultimate experience in confectionery
