Binada, ısıtma-soğutma ihtiyacı için fan coil tesisatı kullanılmıştır. Fan coiller 4 borulu, iki yollumotorlu vana ile kontrol edilmiştir. Fan coiller gizli tavan tip ve/veya kaset tip uygulanmıştır.Bina ısıtma ihtiyacı, 6 adet duvar tipi, yoğuşmalı kazandan kullanılmıştır.Bina ana soğutma suyu ihtiyacı hava soğutmalı su soğutma grupları ile sağlanmıştır.Her iki sistem içinde ayrı ayrı kapalı ve büzüşme genleşme depoları kullanılmıştır.Isıtma-soğutma tesisatı için yumuşak su sisteme verilecektir.MPD MEKANIK PROJE DIZAYNMÜHENDİSLİK MÜŞAVİRLİK İNŞ.SAN.ve TİC.
