Kashagan Power Plant Trench 3 /
Kazakhstan (page36)
GATE Inc. (a subsidiary of GAMA with 50%
share) was awarded the contract of the turn-key
engineering, procurement and construction of
Trench-3 Single Cycle Power Plant in
Kazakhstan's Kashagan Oil Fields on
September 18, 2009 by AGIP KCO. As end of
September 2012, the overall project progress is
97 %. The construction of the buildings
completed. The commissioning activities are
ongoing for gas turbines and their auxiliary
equipment and diesel generators. According to
the revised program, the completion of
commissioning activities and turn over the plant
to AGİP will be end of October 2012, including
all systems.
10 MW Karadağ Wind Power Plant

GAMA Enerji has successfully completed the
construction phase of the 10 MW Karadağ Wind
Power Plant; obtained provisional acceptance
from the Ministry of Energy and Natural
Resources on July 4, 2012 and the plant has
started to generate electricity.
Located in Aliağa, İzmir, Karadağ WPP operates
four 2.5 MW GE 2.5x100 XL wind turbines,
which are regarded to be the most advanced in
GE’s fleet in terms of efficiency, reliability and
grid connection capabilities. The annual
expected generation is 32.4 GWh (P50) and the
capacity factor is 37%. Karadağ WPP is
connected to the national grid through a 34.5 kV
overhead power transmission line, which ends

at the Almak substation, approximately 2.4 km
away from the WPP. GAMA Enerji holds 96%
ownership of the WPP and the remaining
shares belong to other GAMA entities. Having
been granted the Generation License in June
2008, Karadağ WPP, together with Sares WPP,
achieved financial close by TSKB of Turkey in
2010.
GAMA Enerji is the investor and the operator of
both the 10 MW Karadağ Wind Power Plant
(Aliağa, İzmir) and also the 22.5 MW Sares
Wind Power Plant (Ezine, Çanakkale), which
commenced commercial operations in 2011.

GAMA Trading organized 2nd Subservice
Stations Meeting in Istanbul on 6th of
September 2012. Construction Machinery
Division presented information to the
Subservice Stations about Manufacturers,
products, new machines and maintenance
procedures during the meeting.
GAMA Trading has organized a factory tour to
Zoomlion factories in China and has shown
manufacturing process to the existing and
potential Customers.
GAMA Trading and Tourism Inc., Co.,
Construction Machinery Division has
participated in 81st Izmir international Fair
between 31st of August and 9th of September
2012. GAMA Trading has exhibited Zoomlion
brand 37 meter Truck Mounted Concrete Pump,
Lonking brand Wheel Loader, Mustang brand
Skid Steer Loader, E-P brand Forklifts and
Weber brand compact construction machineries
in Izmir fair.
GAMA Trading has participated in the 9th Libya
Health Care Exhibition 2012 in Tripoli on 11-13
September 2012 and presented Mobile Surgical
Hospital and First Aid Station Solutions to the
representatives of Private and Governmental
organizations.
