Hakkımızda - About Us
Mars Ambalaj, ATA Şirketler Grubu’nun tek kullanımlık ambalaj alanındaki faaliyetlerini yürütmek
ve pazarda yerini almak adına kurulmuştur. Samsun, Merzifon, Kayseri ve Çorum tesislerinde, hali
hazırda 23.000 metrekare kapalı alanda, her ay 600 ton PoliEtilen film ve 1200 ton karton levha
üretebilecek kapasite ve teknolojik yatırıma sahiptir.
Royal, SKY ve Viva marka gıda streç filmleri, MarsTape ve Reno marka koli bantları, Mars marka
poşet ve endüstriyel filmleriyle başta Avrupa ülkeleri olmak üzere, geniş bir yelpazeye hitap eder ve
ihracat yapar.
Uzun zaman önce Mars’ta hayat var ;) sloganıyla başladığımız bu serüvene her geçen gün yeni
ürünler, yeni çözüm ortakları ekleyerek devam ediyoruz. İnsanların hayatını kolaylaştırırken, sağlıklı
ürünler üretmek ilkesinden bir an bile vazgeçmiyoruz. Doğaya ve insan hayatına zarar vermeyen ürünler
üretmek adına ekibimizi ve makine parkurumuzu sürekli güncel tutmaya devam ediyoruz.

Mars Ambalaj, TC EN ISO 9001:2015, ISO 10002:2018, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 22000:2018 ve ISO
45001:2018 kalite yönetim sistemlerine sahiptir. Ayrıca RCS (Recycled Claim Standard), GRS (Global
Recycled Standard) ve CE belgeleriyle de doğaya ve çevreye gösterdiği özeni tescillemiştir.
Mars Packaging was established to carry out the activities of ATA Group of Companies in the field of
disposable packaging and to take its place in the market. It has the capacity and technological investment to
produce 600 tons of PolyEthylene film and 1200 tons of cardboard sheets every month in its Samsun,
Merzifon, Kayseri and Çorum facilities in a closed area of 23.000 square meters.
With Royal, SKY and Viva branded food stretch films, MarsTape and Reno branded duct tapes, Mars
branded bags and industrial films, it appeals and exports to a wide range of markets, especially European
countries.
We started this adventure a long time ago with the slogan "There is life on Mars" and we continue this
adventure by adding new products and new solution partners every day. While making people's lives easier,
we do not give up the principle of producing healthy products even for a moment. We continue to keep our
team and machine park constantly updated in order to produce products that do not harm nature and
human life.
Our desire to offer innovative and nature-friendly packaging products that benefit the society is growing
and will continue to grow every day.
Mars Packaging has TC EN ISO 9001:2015, ISO 10002:2018, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 22000:2018 and
ISO 45001:2018 quality management systems. It has also registered its care for nature and the environment
with RCS (Recycled Claim Standard), GRS (Global Recycled Standard) and CE certificates.

Palet Streç Filmler - Pallet Stretch Films
Endüstriyel palet streç filmler Mars'ın ana ürünlerindendir. 12, 15, 17, 23, 25 ve 30
mikron kalınlıklarında palet streç filmler sürekli üretimdedir. Ayrıca, Power Streç
Film, Super Power Streç Film, Nano Streç Film gibi farklı dayanım güçlerine özel
filmler Mars'ın ürün portföyündedir. Lamine streç filmler, dilimlenmiş streç filmler
10cm - 70cm aralığında rahatlıkla üretilebilir.

Industrial pallet stretch films are among the main products of Mars. Pallet stretch
films in 12, 15, 17, 23, 25 and 30 micron thicknesses are in continuous production.

Power Stretch Film, Nano Stretch Film are in the product portfolio of Mars.
Laminated stretch films, sliced stretch films can be easily produced in the range of

PE Gıda Streç Filmer - PE Food Stretch Films
Royal gıda streç filmleri, PoliEtilen hammadde ile üretilir. Blown Ekstrüzyon
yöntemi ile üretilir. Yüksek esneme kabiliyeti, kolayca yapışmasını sağlayan
tutuculuğu ve kokusuz olması sebebiyle tercih edilir. Gıda ürünlerinizin
bozulmasını önler. Kokuların birbirine karışmasına engel olur. Her türlü gıda
maddesinin ambalajında güvenle ve kolaylıkla kullanabilirsiniz.

Royal food stretch films are produced with PolyEthylene raw material. It is
produced by Blown Extrusion method. It is preferred because of its high stretch
ability, easy adhesion and odorless. Prevents spoilage of your food products. It
prevents odors from mixing with each other. You can use it safely and easily in the
packaging of all kinds of foodstuffs.

Streç Film - Stretch Films
Viva Streç filmler, standart dışı talepler için tasarlandı. Cast (CPT) Ekstrüzyon
yöntemi ile üretilir. Viva, özelleştirilebilir üründür. Ürün standardı yoktur.
Dilerseniz çok yapışkanlı veya kolayca açılabilen ürün talep edebilirsiniz. Ürün
rengini siz seçer, kalınlığına, ölçüsüne siz karar verirsiniz. Esneme dayanımından
kopma noktasına, yapışma gücünden kayganlığına kadar ürününüzün bütün
nitelikleri sizin talebinize göre şekillenir.

Viva Stretch films are designed for non-standard demands. It is produced by Cast
(CPT) Extrusion method. Viva is customizable product. There is no product
standard. If you wish, you can request a product that is very sticky or can be
opened easily. You choose the color of the product, you decide the thickness and
size. All the qualities of your product, from flexural strength to breaking point, from
adhesion strength to slipperiness, are shaped according to your demand.

PVC Gıda Streç Film - PVC Food Stretch Films
SKY Streç filmler bir cling film örneğidir. PVC hammadde ile üretilir ve blown
Ekstrüzyon yöntemi ile üretilir. Film yüksek dayanımı ve elastikiyetinin yanı sıra,
kolayca koparılmasıyla bilinir. Herhangi bir kesme aparatına ihtiyaç duymadan,
basit bir el hareketiyle filmi kolayca koparabilirsiniz. Bu sayede çok hızlı paketleme
imkanı sunar. SKY Streç Film kolayca koparılırken, direncinden ve dayanımından bir
şey kaybetmez.

SKY Stretch films are an example of cling film. It is produced with PVC raw
material and produced by blown Extrusion method. The film is known for its

way, it provides very fast packaging opportunity. While SKY Stretch Film is easily
torn off, it does not lose anything from its resistance and strength.

MarsTape koli bantları; Akrilik, hotmelt ve solvent olmak üzere 3 farklı tutkal
kalitesinde üretilir. Sağlam yapışma gücü her çeşit koli ve ambalaj malzemesinin
kapatılıp bantlanması için uygundur. Plastik ambalaj malzemelerinden (torba,
poşet, kova vb.) her çeşit koli ve kutu paketlemesinde güvenle kullanılabilir. İlk

bond strength is quite high. You can request printed tape in all of our tape
