2 //(5) All the teachers who are repatriated as shown in the Annexure shallreport to their respective District Collectors, who will issue posting orders inaccordance with orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.45, School Education (Ser.V)Department, dated 06.07.2007. The Director of School Education, DistrictCollector, Srikakulam and District Educational Officer, Srikakulam shall takeimmediate necessary action to implement the above orders, relieve all theteachers now being transferred on repatriation with immediate effect and reportcompliance.(6) In respect of teachers who are now being repatriated, and who areworking in Municipal Schools, the respective Municipal Commissioners shall relievethem.(7) The District Collectors of the districts to which the teachers are nowbeing repatriated, organize the issue of posting orders to such teachers through acounseling process, duly ensuring that vacancies in schools in rural and interiorareas are also identified and included in counseling based on need.(8) The teachers who are working in Govt. Schools / Z.P. /MPP Schools/MunicipalSchool be transferred to the corresponding category of Government Schools / Z.P./MPPSchools /Municipal Schools on their repatriation to their local cadres in the newdistrict.(9) District Educational Officers shall immediately submit comprehensiveproposals for creation of supernumerary posts to accommodate all theserepatriated teachers.(10) The District Educational Officer of each district to which these teachersreports, shall arrange detailed statements of teaches who have reported onrepatriation in the repatriated district, and have joined at the school to which theyhave been posted. The District Educational Officer of each district shall preparesuch reporting and joining statements district wise, in respect of teachersrepatriated from each other district in the State.(11) Upon receipt of such report of joining by the repatriated teachers,every District Educational Officer shall ensure that LPC’s are prepared by theconcerned DDOs and sent to the corresponding new place of work in therepatriated district in respect of each repatriated teachers.(12) The District Educational Officer, Srikakulam shall submit daily progressreports to the Director of School Education, Hyderabad on the progress ofimplementation of the repatriation orders, till the completion of the entireexercise, as follows:–(i)(ii)(iii)(iv)(v)(vi)Total number of teachers who are under repatriation and transferfrom their district;Number of such Teachers relieved during the week;Cumulative number of Teachers relieved till the end of week (underreport);Total number of teachers who are under repatriation and transfer intotheir district;Number of such Teachers who have reported on transfer into theirdistrict during the week;Cumulative number of Teachers who have reported on transfer intotheir district till the end of the week under report.(Contd..)PDF created with pdfFactory trial version www.pdffactory.com
