Article 8 INTERNAL BOARD POLICIES Policy No. <strong>8330</strong><br />
Internal Board Policies - Methods <strong>of</strong> Operation<br />
<strong>Formulation</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Administrative</strong> <strong>Regulations</strong><br />
The Board <strong>of</strong> Education shall delegate to the Superintendent the function <strong>of</strong> specifying required<br />
actions and outlining detailed arrangements for operation <strong>of</strong> the schools. These rules and<br />
detailed arrangements shall constitute the administrative regulations governing the schools.<br />
These rules and arrangements must, in every respect, be consistent with the policies adopted by<br />
the Board <strong>of</strong> Education.<br />
The Board <strong>of</strong> Education shall approve administrative regulations when specific state laws require<br />
such action or when the Superintendent recommends that the Board <strong>of</strong> Education take such<br />
action.<br />
