In this session two members of the next generation, Ronan (Clancy Group) and Rupa (Day Lewis), will talk about what compelled them to join their family firms, what entices them to stay, the challenges they have overcome and their advice to others thinking about their future. Day 2, 11:45am JONATHAN WARBURTON ROSS WARBURTON Cousins Brett, Jonathan and Ross took over their family firm in their early 30s, and have since built the business into a nationwide brand. Ross and Jonathan will share some of the lessons they learnt through this experience and how this has shaped how they involve their own next generation. Day 2, 3:45pm PROGRAMME CAROLE HOWORTH Carole, Professor of Entrepreneurship and Family Business at the University of Bradford, will share findings from the latest IFB Research Foundation study into next generation engagement. In this panel session two generations of the family business behind Spanish Cava will share how they engage the 150 next generation members of their family. With Ross and Jonathan Warburton, Warburtons.
