Leisure Parks<br />
After taking in and showing our Injection Injury video they have stopped all of their staff at<br />
Bourne Leisure from handling the hydraulic equipment. This has led to a contract for us to<br />
do three monthly inspections on the equipment and they now have a total hose management<br />
system in place. They have also gone for Tech Sleeves on any hydraulic hoses that are visible<br />
or close to the general public.<br />
The main items of equipment supplied by us are as follows:<br />

We are also currently negotiating to supply Bio Waste Spill kits.<br />
Over an Adult weekend they can get through over 100 of these units.<br />
Above is showing the ball and socket joint from one of<br />
the 12 supporting arms on a Waltzer ride. This ride also<br />
received new filters and oil after the oil was tested. Here<br />
again the ride is stripped down for its safety inspection,<br />
For the engineers at the Leisure Park to get to the grease<br />
nipple shown would have meant having to remove all of the<br />
decking boards, Usually these rides are mobile and would<br />
be packed up, when, they move on to another site so giving<br />
access. However in the case of Leisure Parks these machines<br />
are left set up all year round so we are now supplying auto<br />
grease capsules and to fit in place of the grease nipples and<br />
extended grease points if we can’t use a capsule in certain<br />
applications, such as restricted space or height access.<br />
Above is the Chairoplanes Ride<br />
The main lifting ram was found to be leaking heavily so<br />
removed and refurbished, Replacement hoses, filters and oil<br />
changed. In the background you can see the Pirate Swing<br />
ride, We have fitted a remote greasing system to this to<br />
lubricate the bearing at the top of the ride.<br />
Left you can see a Pirtek MSST replacing the perished<br />
hydraulic hoses on an Aeroplane ride.<br />
The ride above has been stripped down for its annual<br />
inspection making access for us easier in this case. This<br />
ride also had a full oil change, new filters and a valve block.<br />
No shielding of the hoses were necessary on this ride, as all<br />
hydraulic components are in a housing.<br />
