POLICY:<br />
· Once submitted the sponsorship application form, cancellations or refunds will not apply.<br />
· The payment must be made within two weeks after the signing of the confirmation and in a single settlement, so the space is assured.<br />
· If you acquire a sponsorship in conjunction with the exhibition space, the amount of the sponsorship may be included in the contract payments scheme previously defined.<br />
· All designs required must be submitted by the exhibitor according to the deadline. If the artwork is not sent in a timely manner, and thus the production of the materials is not possible, there will be no refund.<br />
