Arrive at Melbourne International Airport by Air India AI-308 at 0600 Hrs. After arrival formalities meet<br />

with our representative who will assist you for your transfer to your hotel.<br />

Melbourne is a modern metropolis located on the banks of the Yarra River and known for its many<br />

gardens, parks and open spaces, which together occupy almost one third of the city. There are more<br />

than 50 000 plant species in Melbourne’s Royal Botanic Gardens and this collection gives insight into<br />

the rich indigenous flora found in the city and its surrounds. The town is also becoming an increasingly<br />

popular culinary destination, with the Southbank and Arts Centre buzzing with restaurants, bars and<br />

live entertainment. “Doing the block” is a well-known phrase for an exploration of the hidden lanes and<br />

alleyways around Bourke, Collins and Flinders streets, while Queen Victoria Market is a popular<br />

shopping spot that has been selling clothing, art, toys, crafts and vegetables for over a century.<br />

This morning’s tour is packed with city sights and historical landmarks. Take a seat and enjoy the bustle<br />

of Melbourne’s city as your Driver Guide keeps you posted on what to look out for along the way.<br />

First you’ll tour through Melbourne’s city centre. Considered the shopping capital of Australia, the city<br />

and surrounding suburbs are home to modern shopping malls and boutique stores featuring worldclass<br />

brands and products.<br />

Next you can take a look at the imposing Parliament House. Construction of this enormous building<br />

commenced in 1855 and continued in stages until 1929. It is the largest 19th century building in<br />

Australia and is considered to be one of the finest examples of architecture from that period anywhere<br />

in the world.<br />

Now it’s time to stretch your legs and take a look around the beautiful Fitzroy Gardens. Set on 26<br />

hectares, these gardens were classified by the National Trust in 1974 and are highly valued for their<br />

historic and horticultural significance. Here you can visit the Conservatory for its incredible floral<br />

display, or the quaint Tudor Village.<br />

This tour will end at Federation Square, from where you can spend your rest of the day exploring the<br />

town by your own.<br />

Breakfast at hotel. Later proceed for Great Ocean Road Full Day Tour<br />

This 1 Day Great Ocean Road Day Tour is one of Melbourne’s most popular tours. On the spectacular<br />

Great Ocean Road Tour experience a breathtaking coastline with pristine beaches, rainforests and<br />

Leaving Melbourne we head first to one of the Great Ocean Road's surf beaches, Urquhart Bluff, where<br />

surfing destinations. We visit the historic Memorial Arch to get our photo taken before passing through<br />

the quaint coastal resort towns of Lorne and Anglesea.<br />

Next on this 1 Day Great Ocean Road Tour we will take a guided walk through Maits Rest Rainforest.<br />

Located in the Otway Rainforest you will see some of the tallest Eucalyptus Trees in Australia. Twist and<br />

wind through Port Campbell National Park to undertake the 12 Apostles Tour where you have the<br />

chance to take a magical helicopter ride - it’s an opportunity not to be missed.<br />

Find yourself surrounded by towering limestone cliffs and take a walk along the beach at Loch Ard<br />

Gorge. View the Archway, The Razorback and Dumpling Pots. Hear the tragic tails of the Shipwreck<br />

Coast. Before departing the Shipwreck Coast take Gibson's Steps which are carved into the limstone<br />

cliff face to view the 12 Apostles from the Beach or check out the fallen London Bridge.<br />

The Ultimate Sydney Tour<br />

Drive around the historic Rocks precinct, visiting the first church in Australia, the Observatory and the<br />

convict built cottages, continuing around Circular Quay, the Opera House and into the magnificent<br />

Botanical Gardens.<br />

Take a short walk to view Mrs Macquarie’s chair and excellent harbor views to the Harbor Bridge and<br />

Opera House. Continue through Woolloomooloo, Kings Cross and into Rushcutters bay. Stop to enjoy a<br />

lunch at the Cruising Yacht Club of Australia, Australia’s premier yacht club and home to the Rolex<br />

Sydney Hobart Yacht Race. Continue on through Darling Point, one of Sydney’s affluent suburbs and<br />

see some of Sydney’s sought after addresses. Pass by Double Bay, Rose Bay, Vaucluse and Watsons Bay,<br />

before traversing along the coastline to Sydney’s famed Bondi Beach. Soak up the atmosphere of the<br />

beach side Mecca. Return to the city, via Oxford Street Paddington, arriving at Darling Harbor where the<br />

tour will conclude.<br />

Day 11:<br />

Breakfast at hotel, after breakfast start a full day tour to Blue Mountains with Featherdale Wildlife Park.<br />

This is the only way to see the Blue Mountains! Part of a larger World Heritage listed area, the Blue<br />

Mountains are incredibly diverse with eucalypt forests, rainforests and swamps all encompassed within<br />

its bounds. Home to over 400 species of animals including koalas, kangaroos, possums and dingos, the<br />

Blue Mountains are comprised of sandstone bedrock with the highest point reaching a dizzying 1,362m<br />

(4,469ft)!<br />

For visitors, the Blue Mountains are a treasure trove of exciting and interesting things to see and do. On<br />

this tour, you will visit the most iconic sites in the Blue Mountains including the Three Sisters,<br />

Katoomba, Capertee Valley (known as Australia's Grand Canyon), Cahills lookout ,the exquisite<br />

manicured gardens of the Leura township and The Candy Store, home to over 2,000 different types of<br />

unique and unusual lollies, candies, chocolates, fudges, nougats, novelties and toffees gathered from all<br />
