<strong>You</strong> are making a very important decision in selecting the professional who will market<br />
your property. As part of that decision, you will most likely give careful consideration to the<br />
services you will receive and the fee for those services.<br />
My marketing plan is my commitment to getting your property SOLD. It is also part of<br />
my contractual promise to you. In addition, the materials in this packet describe my<br />
professional qualifications.<br />
My fee for providing the services to market your property is 6% of the price for which the<br />
home is actually sold. Of this 6%, one-half is paid to the Realtor ® who “brings the buyer.”<br />
This fee makes it attractive for real estate professionals to show your property, and is<br />
competitive with the other co-op fee in our market.<br />
The remaining 3% is shared with my company, and includes the resources required to<br />
successfully administer your sale from contract to closing. Approximately 1.5% is remitted<br />
to me, after the cost of running my business.<br />
