At Kaiser Baas we pride ourselves with putting our retailers and customers first. Safety is our
priority and we will always strive to find better solutions that are both environmentally and
consumer friendly.
It has been brought to our attention that a small number of our best-selling Kaiser Baas VR-X
Headset has released an unusual scent when the packaging is opened. This scent is due to a
new and nonhazardous anti-mould pad that is included in the packaging. This anti-mould pad
contains a garlic compound that is 100% safe, non-toxic, and is environmentally friendly.
As a duty of care and to reassure our retailers and consumers on the safety of the VR-X Headset
packaging components, we have undertaken independent laboratory tests and quality
control which is available to view on request. Please find below a description detailing the
components of the anti-mould pad and should there be any concerns when purchasing the
product, simply removing the plastic bag will rectify the problem.
About the Anti-Mould Pad contained in the Kaiser Baas VR-X Headset packaging:
The anti-mould pad is called Bester Mould Bag. Its primary use is to prevent mould within
product packaging
The main ingredient in the anti-mould pad is a garlic compound. Garlic is an effective
anti-fungicide ingredient due to its a high sulphur content.
The anti-mould pad is not harmful to the body, eyes, face.
Should your product have scent concerns, simply removing the plastic bag will rectify
the problem
