CONCLUSION<br />
DIY can be great, but it can also be dangerous if you don’t know what you’re<br />
doing. So do it yourself if you enjoy it and are capable, but also know your<br />
limits and call a professional when necessary. Many improvements can be done<br />
affordably by yourself, but they also take a lot of your time. There are some<br />
improvements that just aren’t very DIY friendly like electrical work and heating<br />
