تاريخنا<br />
سدكو للتطوير هي إحدى الشركات التابعة لمجموعة سدكو القابضة،<br />
التي تعد أحد رواد إدارة الثروات الخاصة بما يتوافق مع مبادئ الشريعة<br />
اإلسالمية، وتدير الشركة مجموعة واسعة ومتنوعة من اإلستثمارات<br />
العقارية، واإلستثمار في أسواق األسهم، وغيرها من الشركات في<br />
المملكة العربية السعودية وحول العالم.<br />
عام 2010 كان لبنة األساس لتشكيل شركة »سدكو للتطوير« تكون شركة<br />
مستقلة ومملوكة بالكامل لمجموعة »سدكو القابضة« ومسؤولة<br />
عن تنفيذ كافة مشاريع التطوير العقاري بالنيابة عنها وعن مجموعة<br />
شركات »سدكو« وألي أطراف أخرى، في عام 2013 تم التحول في نموذج<br />
أعمال الشركة من إدارة المشاريع لتصبح شركة تطوير عقاري بالمفهوم<br />
الشامل ولمواكبة هذا التحول للشركة تم زيادة رأس المال ليصل إلى<br />
340 مليون ريال، ومنذ ذلك زادت قيمة مشاريع الشركة العقارية التي<br />
تحت التطوير.<br />
History<br />
<strong>SEDCO</strong> development is a subsidiary of <strong>SEDCO</strong> holding group.<br />
The Saudi economic and development company, is a leading<br />
private wealth management organization that conducts<br />
its business according to Islamic guidelines widely known<br />
as shari’ah. It manages a wide and diversified spectrum of<br />
real estate investments, investments in equities, and other<br />
businesses in Saudi Arabia and around the world.<br />
<strong>SEDCO</strong> <strong>Development</strong> was formed in 2010 as an autonomous<br />
operating company, wholly owned by <strong>SEDCO</strong> Holding, to<br />
undertake real estate development projects on behalf of both<br />
3rd parties and <strong>SEDCO</strong> group companies. The business model<br />
of the company was transformed in 2013 from that of a project<br />
/ development management company, to that of a real estate<br />
developer. To support the new business model, the capital of<br />
the company was increased by 340 million (subject to capital<br />
draw down conditions). Since then, the value of projects under<br />
development has increased.
