SITE PLAN AND CROMATIC AXONOMETRY
ORGANISATION:
This building complex is a hybrid of many functions, the main
one being housing.
It is seperated in three buildings:
1. apartment building for families,
2. Apartment building for students,
3. apartment building for the elderly.
the most challenging part of this project was the sloped
terrain which caused some problems in the organisation and
the connection of the three buildings with one- another.
after many analysis the solution was found by creating
three levels with different heights and by giving all of the
spaces a function.
the apartment building for families is oriented towards the
city so the first and second floors were left to be used for
offeices and other comercial spaces.
The most important part in housing is of course the orientation
of the apartments. trying maximise light in the property
was also a challenge but we managed to get the main parts
of the apartments facing east and south.
