<strong>UKWA</strong> WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR <strong>CPC</strong><br />
Designed to complement the <strong>UKWA</strong><br />
<strong>Warehouse</strong> Manager <strong>CPC</strong> programme,<br />
this programme is for <strong>Supervisor</strong>s and<br />
Team Leaders in the <strong>Warehouse</strong> sector.<br />
This course covers the key skills the<br />
<strong>Supervisor</strong> will need to build on their<br />
technical competence in warehouse<br />
operations, leadership and<br />
management. The objective of the<br />
programme is to increase the level of<br />
expertise for <strong>Warehouse</strong> Shift<br />
<strong>Supervisor</strong>s and Team Leaders through<br />
developing their knowledge, awareness<br />
and competence.<br />
With our process of continuous<br />
assessment, there are no<br />
examinations to complete.<br />

and storage of in-bound goods<br />

picking and dispatch operations<br />
Allocate labour and resource<br />
requirements in relationship to this<br />
plan<br />
Understand the principles of<br />
leadership and management<br />
Describe the attributes and skills<br />
required by an effective leader<br />
Describe how you could improve<br />
your team, individual and task<br />
performance<br />
Understand how to manage people<br />
in the work place<br />
Understand the customer service<br />
cycle and your role within it<br />
Describe the different stages of the<br />
customer service cycle and your<br />
role within it<br />
Understand how to create a lasting<br />
impression and enhance the<br />

How Will I Study?<br />
Students progress through the course by<br />
Continuous Assessment. Our instructors<br />
are available office hours GMT to advise<br />
with studies and to answer any queries,<br />
and outside these hours with prior notice.<br />
Students can also attend two optional<br />
workshops at our offices in Coalville,<br />
Leicestershire, these workshops are run<br />
periodically. The course can also be run<br />
as a fast-track, 5 day option at your place<br />
of work.<br />

The course fee is £1,275.00 for <strong>UKWA</strong><br />
members and £1,425.00 for non-<strong>UKWA</strong><br />
