Take a minute and think of the Denim pieces you own, are they timeless that go beyond
trends? If not then have a look at the pieces below as these will future proof your
wardrobe.
Hopefully, by now you will all have a good pair of skinny jeans, let this be the entry level to your future
proof wardrobe. If this is not the case, go back to basics and start looking for a pair worthy of your
wardrobe (link to post re -skinny jeans coming soon). Now I’ve included a t-shirt, well a Tees For My
Jeans Bodysuit, which is perfect basic to wear as it tucks in neatly with no bulk around the tummy area.
Also, I’ve added a simple cami in a lightweight indigo twill that’s a great layering piece. Good belts are
hard to find so when you find one that will stand the test of time it’s worth spending a bit more on. I also
added in a jumpsuit which is such an easy piece to wear and one of my latest covets!

wardrobe. It’s how you style
these pieces that will give them a
fresh new look. Grab double
denim with both hands and mix
those different shades of denim.
For example, the Denim Jacket should be a mid to dark denim as you’ll want it to fade naturally over
time, the denim shirt to be a lighter wash to compliment the Denim Jacket when worn underneath. Go
lighter on camisoles and layered pieces. In fact, if all your denim pieces are different washes you’ll be
able to happily mix & match to your heart’s content.
