Dear IJMers,<br />
Following the communication of the MyVoice survey results recently, the management teams<br />
had respectively worked on the action plans based on your aggregated responses.<br />
Today I am pleased to share the outline of these action plans identified at the Group and<br />
Division levels, highlighting the key ones respectively. You will see that these are essentially the<br />
areas that matter to you as well as the key areas of opportunities.<br />
Do note that some of these initiatives are already underway, while some will be implemented<br />
progressively.<br />
As we work on improving employee experience, I would like to reiterate that engagement takes<br />
place at every touch point, between superior and subordinate, between peers, amidst every<br />
interaction at and/or off work. Hence, YOU can make a difference with the experience of your<br />
team members as well as for yourself. Together, we shall nurture a conducive workplace for<br />
every IJMer onboard.
