Main duties performed:
: Design presentations using 3D Max, Photoshop, and InDesign
n Coordination with outside architecture and design consultants
to communicate design intent
:Specify FFE items and coordinate outside designer’s
specifications
Review Spec books for budget and lead time and update with
actuals as orders are placed/projects are wrapping up
Verify quantities and layouts for correctness, standards and
preferences, specify alternates when necessary
: Procurement of FFE items and specifications as needed
Supporting in placing orders with manufacturers/reps
Manage receiving of product for installation.
Track and maintain accurate budget to include submissions to
finance and communicate updates to team
Keep Contact with manufacturer reps and stay informed on
interiors specifications– changes, updates, additions, lead times
: Finding new products based on need and/or new availability
Site visits inclusive of attending installs and construction
progress meetings when applicable and follow up with any
issues after install/in the first year of use
INTERIOR & GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Main duties performed:
: Developing design related presentations and assists in
developing proposals (choosing materials, plan
development, etc.).
: Developing and completing preliminary designs through
final concept within a standardized program or per specific
established corporate design standards.
Coordinates with internal resources and external
consultants to ensure the timely completion of projects, on
time and within budgets.
Developing product, manufacturing and production details.
: CAD skills to build floor plans, perimeters, elevations and
presentations as needed. Complete and maintain all
required paperwork, records, documents, etc.
Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and
regulations. Maintain departmental design practice standards
s: Consults with supervisor to evaluate individual project
needs, scope the size and time of the project, and provide
deliverables on-time.
: Designs marketing collateral, such as print brochures,
promotional flyers, datasheet and whitepapers, PowerPoint
presentations, advertising, website and digital graphics,
product graphics, infographics, icons, and large format items
such as tradeshow booths, etc.
Manages and maintains consistency of branding and overall
design.
