¿Cómo prepararlo?<br />
En primer lugar, ponemos a c<strong>al</strong>entar la<br />
gofrera y c<strong>al</strong>entamos los gofres <strong>de</strong> cultivo<br />
ecológico. Una vez c<strong>al</strong>iente, <strong>de</strong>jamos enfriar.<br />
Para acompañar los gofres vamos a<br />
caramelizar unos plátanos. Ponemos<br />
mantequilla ecológica en una sartén y<br />
un poco <strong>de</strong> azúcar moreno. Dejamos<br />
que se funda.<br />
Una vez fundido añadimos el plátano<br />
en rodajas y mezclamos.<br />
Servimos los gofres acompañados con<br />
plátano caramelizado, crema <strong>de</strong> cacao<br />
y nata <strong>de</strong> cultivo ecológico.<br />
Acompañamos esta rica merienda con<br />
un buen Té ecológico, estas plantas con las<br />
que están elaborados no han sido tratadas<br />
con productos químicos y son completamente<br />
natur<strong>al</strong>es. A<strong>de</strong>más, <strong>al</strong> haberse cultivado en<br />
suelos ricos, sus propieda<strong>de</strong>s permanecen<br />
intactas.<br />
