ให้แก่ egg cell<br />
sperm จะปล่อย enzyme จาก acrosomal cap มาย่อย jelly coat แล้ว<br />
เคลื่อนที่ต่อไปจนถึงเยื่อหุ้ม egg cell ซึ่งมี 2 ชั้น<br />
1. ชั้นนอกเรียกว่า เยื่อวิเทลลีน (Vitelline membrane)<br />
