The development of the impact-protecting Orangeguard ® SPORT
mats has been based on a long experience of the Sinfo specialists
in processing PUR and PE foams in the field of passive protection
of sports people, protective and impact areas in playgrounds,
climbing walls, gymnastic mats and other protective elements.

range of colour tones, but orange is used as a standard.
The mat covers are fitted with a zipper that allows an easy change
of a damaged cover or the mat filler.
The protective Orangeguard ® SPORT mats have been designed
with an emphasis on the following requirements:
- The maximum protection in a collision with an obstacle
- Great impact absorption (including repetitive impacts)
- High resistance to weather conditions (-30°C to +70°C)
- Proper functionality throughout a wide range of temperatures
(application in summer as well as winter)
- Easy installation, removal and storage.
The cover has special holes on the bottom side that enable free
drainage of condensed water from the protective mat.
The development has resulted in a complex series of protective
Orangeguard ® SPORT mats with standard shapes, i.e. flat, round,
semi-round, L-shaped and U-shaped.
The production includes other special shapes for protection of
particular equipment such as hydrants, compressors, snow guns,
chairlift towers, etc.
All types of the mats are available in standard dimensions. It is
also possible to make any specific dimension based on the
customer‘s demand.
The filler material provides two series of the product:
Orangeguard ® SPORT PUR
The filler of this series is made with polyurethane foam PUR
T1820 with an open cellular structure. This material maintains its
elastic properties in a thermal range of -40 to +120 °C. The foam is
completely recyclable, safe to humans and the environment.
Covers of the protective mats are made of a special polyester
fabric with PVC coating 630 g/m 2 , which is UV stable and resistant
to weather condition in temperatures ranging from -30 to +70
°C. Under normal conditions, this material is harmless to the

The filler in this series is made with low-density LD PE
polyurethane foam with a closed cellular structure. This material
maintains its elastic properties in a thermal range of -40 to +75 °C.
