БУРЕНИЕ Вадим Кравец Vadim Kravets Отчет RPI: Перспектива падения объема нефтедобычи поддержит рынок ЗБС RPI Reports: The Predicted Oil Production Decline Will Boost the Sidetracking Market Р ынок зарезки боковых стволов (ЗБС) является одним из важнейших сегментов российского нефтесервисного рынка (НСР), на его долю в 2017 году приходилось 8,7% от общего объема НСР. В последние десять лет этот сегмент развивался, демонстрируя заметные темпы роста. Эта операция стала эффективным методом поддержания дебитов на старых скважинах в традиционных добывающих регионах, заняв достойное место в ряду других способов повышения нефтеотдачи пластов (ПНП) и интенсификации добычи (ИД). В 2017 году тенденция увеличения объема рынка ЗБС продолжилась, и темпы его прироста были равны 10,5%. В дальнейшем этот рынок в денежном выражении продолжит расти, и к 2030 году его объем может достичь уровня 339 млрд руб. Залогом такого тренда может стать все более реальная угроза падения объема добычи нефти в стране, заставляющая нефтяников использовать все доступные технологические способы для его предотвращения. T he sidetracking (ST) market is one of the most important segments of the Russian oilfield services market (OSM); in 2017, its share in the total OSM volume was 8.7%. In the past ten years, this segment has been on the rise, demonstrating a remarkable growth rate. This operation has become an effective method of maintaining production rates for old wells in traditional producing regions, taking its rightful place among other methods of enhanced oil recovery (EOR) and production stimulation (PS). In 2017, the uptrend in the ST market continued, showing a growth rate of 10.5%. In the future, this market will continue to grow in money terms and may reach RUB 339 billion by 2030. One factor that may reinforce this trend is the increasingly real threat of a decline in oil production in the country, forcing oil companies to use all available techniques to prevent it. Since 2007, the number of ST operations in Russia has been predominantly growing. Годовые темпы роста количества операций ЗБС в этот период выросли с -1,7% в 2009-м до максимума в 20,9% в 2013 году (см. график 1). Значительный рост числа операций ЗБС в эти годы связан с первоначальным проникновением новой технологии на рынок. Дополнительным стимулом увеличения явилось Постановление Госгортехнадзора РФ от 06.06.2003 года N 71 «Об утверждении «Правил охраны недр». A significant increase in the number of ST operations during these years was due to the initial market penetration of the new technology. В целях выполнения этой установки ВИНКи стали активно использовать ЗБС для вывода скважин из бездействия. В 2007-2017 гг. рост числа операций ЗБС наблюдался во всех регионах, в первую очередь в Западной Сибири и Волга-Урале. В этот период времени из всего прироста числа операций ЗБС в целом по России (+2060 операций) Западная Сибирь обеспечила увеличение на 1242 операции, а Волга- Урал — на 696 (см. график 2).
