Arnold Chan<br />

Arnold Chan is an established international business process consultant, learning facilitator &<br />
management event speaker.<br />
With over 20 years of organization and business excellence critical experiences while working in global<br />
organisations with a strong Pan Asian presence. Arnold led several strategic initiatives ranging from<br />
business process improvements, talent management enhancements to merger & acquisition integrations in<br />
this region. His career path has included management roles such as executive coach, talent developer,<br />
global leadership trainer, HR relationship manager, learning & development specialist.<br />
Driven by a strong passion for knowledge sharing, Arnold has been invited to present papers for<br />
International conference organisers, tertiary institutions and the Asia Productivity Organisation among<br />
others. He has written several papers on the practices of Talent Management, Learning Organisations and<br />
Managing Knowledge Workers that are published in the APO Journals.<br />
Arnold is also a senior judge for the prestigious Singapore HR Awards and an assessor for the People<br />
Developer Standard. He received commendation for contributing to the national effort in developing the<br />
first Talent Management WSQ accreditation programme for Human Capital Singapore.<br />
