To Our Valued Northwestern Dining Team,
We understand that these are uncertain times and we recognize the importance of supporting you
through this difficult time. Accordingly, Northwestern University and Compass Group are partnering to
protect the financial stability of our Northwestern Dining associates and their families. Funding will be
made available to ensure that there will be no gap in associates’ healthcare benefits through the end of
Spring Quarter 2020. Your coverage and access to healthcare will remain the same. Additionally, during
this temporary period of unemployment, the enhanced financial assistance available to you through the
Federal Stimulus Package along with unemployment benefits are projected to keep your compensation
comparable to full time status for the Spring Quarter.
