The heritage always witnesses the human development. WBPH remains as the treasure of human technical
and intelligence in the past hundred year, which is precious and unforgettable landmark of Sydney.
Review the past and developing the future are predominantly core of the new proposed developing plan
of WBPH. Regeneration and evolution are the pivot of human development.
WBPH’s geographical advantage creates a great opportunity to develop the outstanding commercial
sociality property which allow users to consider the leading trends of human historical development.
Bringing the revolution concept to build up a new approach of human touch representing an continuous
sustainable new central core of Sydney.
As generation of the 21th century, human being are require to raise their awareness in the implementation
of High technological trend by the new form of human interaction in the digital society. Such
phenomenon occurred especially in post pandemic to change the human’s living behavior. Within this
project, WBPS is going to providing the community to gather people together and bring the new technology
inspiration to elder population and emphasis the heritage identity of Sydney to younger generation
critizing the importance of history. Various approaches are aim to achieve both long term sustainable
development and stimulate the economic growth within the local community as a whole.

Curve create a system of “function follows form”,
which create a leading role in interior design. Such
curve form has been the main design perspective
and delimiting the complexity. This building design
generate various and sinuous circulations, which
great more attractive experience for guest.

the direction of material, install with custom size
2. Marble paving flagstone seamless, install with aluminium edge
to connect with the main road material of asphaltt
3. Pool water, bring the relax to break area and the view for eye
catching to stop the people to take a moment break

material
5. Purple blue led light strip, install underneath of the handrail
edge and seating to bring the direction of the way

/ Gravity
Human behavior is part of human nature. We learn
not only from books, but also learn from valuable
experience from ancestors indoctrinated within
our blood vine, DNA. Structure with lower shieling
but observable to larger open space enhance the
guest confidence to explore further into the building.
Hence, the universal curve design create a universe
circulation path that create a unique experience
throughout the building structure.

Tejin’s Twaron and Tenax super fiber, custom make by design, flexible
form material and lightweight, statble and impact resistant material,

The curved spatial design creates a generative engagements
and circulations. Geomatic, irregular
curves make up the spatial design and minimalize
the harden feeling of straight line, and without realizing
the pattern of combination, it integrates and
join with right angles of curve that create a strong
comparison effect.

Imagine the entire structure is a universe, each
small spatial structure is star, plant etc. While travelling
through the modern and historical, guest will
experience in entrenching through various civilizations
with various backgrounds. Such design creates
a agravity experience as each small individual
space is a new dimension itself, which form the
sensation of four dimensional being.
