1-component polyurethane fast dry primer for wood flooring installations using reaction resin adhesives. This 

product acts as a primer/surface strengthener on absorbent and non-absorbent surfaces and as a moisture 

vapor retarder on moisture resistant substrates with an MVER of up to 7 lbs or 90% RH.

PALLMANN P25 | LEVELING COMPOUND 

Universal, self-leveling, rapid setting underlayment and smoothing compound with Level Plus Effect designed for 

wood floor installations. 

Suitable for/on: 

• Producing level, absorbent, flat and smooth surfaces for hardwood flooring 

• A smoothing layer over structurally sound solid concrete in new construction or remodeling projects above, 

on or below grade. Lightweight concrete must have a minimum compressive strength of 3000 psi and 75 lbs.

Pallmann ® P5 is a solvent and water-free, flexible 1-component moisture cured STP (Silane Terminated 

Prepolymer) hybrid adhesive that combines the powerful flexibility of a PU (polyurethane) adhesive with the 

advantages of modern MS (modified silane) technology. With an extremely hard yet flexible ridge, this unique 

product develops high bond strength yet dissipates shear forces and reduces their damaging effect to the 

substrate. 

Recommended for: 

• Prefinished and unfinished engineered wood flooring 

• Solid tongue and groove strip and plank

Pallmann ® P7 is a 1-component polyurethane rapid-setting adhesive with firm ridging and superior green grab 

making it suitable for the installation of all types of wood flooring. It is solvent and water-free, eliminating any 

swelling effect on moisture sensitive wood flooring species.

flooring. This adhesive is especially suited for wide plank installations, beech, smoked oak, exotics and 

moisture sensitive species. It is extremely fast setting with an average working time of 30 minutes. It is useful 

for setting starter rows and can usually be strapped in 2 to 3 hours.

Do you know your voltage? 

Keeping your big machine running at peak performance means always 

operating with the voltage in the “safe” range, between 220 V - 240 V. 

Anything outside of that range, either below or above it, will create heat that 

is damaging to the motor and windings. Maintaining good plug connections 

and grounding, proper drum pressure, correct walking speeds and using a 

voltage booster will also help to eliminate any undue motor wear.

TIPS

Sealers and Tannin Pull 

Tannin is just one of many reactive chemicals found in wood and is 

especially prevalent in white oak. To help mitigate tannin staining 

when finishing a floor, we recommend the use of a Pallmann sealer 

prior to the application of the finish. Also, avoid puddling the finish 

or leaving stop marks with your applicator.

Pallmann ® Magic Oil Care is a water-based oil/wax emulsion formulated to refresh and protect wood floor surfaces finished 

with Pallmann Magic Oil. Application frequency will be dependent on the floor’s location and level of use. Magic Oil Care 

is not intended as a daily care product but only for occasional use to maintain the floor’s desired appearance. If the floor 

begins to show wear or lose its even matte appearance, Magic Oil Care can be applied to restore a fresh, even look.
