Definition <strong>of</strong> Formative Assessment<br />

Formative assessment is a process used by teachers and<br />

students during instruction that provides feedback to<br />

adjust ongoing teaching and learning to improve intended<br />

instructional outcomes (CCSSO FAST SCASS, 2006).<br />
